    Stucco Repairs

    We had some water seepage into our walk out basement that required removing and then replacing the stucco on the back of our house. It was a relatively small job but the trick was to match the new stucco with the design of the existing. Richard's crew did a fantastic job and they matched things perfectly. Really appreciate the professional work and Legacy will be our "go to guy's" from now on.

    Exterior repair of stucco and painting

    Over the last few years, my husband and I have been talking about giving the exterior of our house a makeover. It was looking very sad and in need of repairs to some of the stucco and a fresh coat of paint. This was the year we decided to take the plunge and do it. As our good luck would have it Richard, from Legacy Exteriors, happened to ring our door bell and asked if we were in need of any exterior work on our house. After a conversation on the steps with him we invited him in to talk to us about the company and the products. I have to say we were very impressed and decided there and then to go with Legacy. From the moment Alberto arrived with his extremely competent crew to being power washing the house, to the final product, everything was done in a very professional and friendly manner. I have to say I was so impressed with the way everything was meticulously taped and painted with perfection. I would not hesitate to recommend Richard and his crews at Legacy Exteriors. They were outstanding in every way and I must say I am so happy and pleased with the results. Thank you Richard, Alberto and the crew!

    Looks like a new build home

    Our house is now going on 20 years old and was in need of some updating and repairs with the stucco repair and painting being on our list of things to do. After talking to Richard (owner) of Legacy and him showing us all the do's and don'ts with painting your stucco and the difference between just painting or going with the Elastomeric paint. We decided to go ahead with it and are very happy with the results, our exterior now looks like a new build home and we are confident that by choosing the elastomeric paint we do not have to worry about any hail damage on the stucco in the future. Highly recommend getting this done.

    washed exterior of house

    Legacy cleaned and painted the exterior of our house two years ago and did an excellent job. Last week, we had Joseph from this company wash the exterior of our house including drain cutters. Fantastic job and fabulous person! Thank you so much.

    Exterior Stucco Quote

    House, downspouts, facia, gutters and garage doors painted.

    We have known about Richard and his company, Legacy Exteriors, for over 11 years because he has done several houses in our neighbourhood. This year it was time to get our house painted and we chose Legacy Exteriors to do the job. The crew, Alberto, Hever and David, were at our house when they said they would be and did a fantastic job. They left the job site very clean and tidy. We are very happy with the results. We would have no problem referring Legacy Exteriors and Alberto's crew. Thanks guys!

    Power Washing

    Fantastic refresh of our house by power washing the stucco, eaves, and upper and lower decks. Legacy exceeded my expectations by cleaning the gutters and a couple of trees at the same time. The house hasn't looked this good in 10 years. Great price, fast, and professional. Cost 70% less to do all this work than quotes I received for cleaning the gutters alone.

Our standard one time fee, $300/house we'll completely power wash and clean the entire exterior of your home, including gutters, eaves, fascia, stucco, stone and or siding to perfection. Inch by inch until the entire exterior looks brand new. This is our standard wash for all exterior's booked in for painting/refinishing service. We want to make sure everything is perfectly clean before refinishing surfaces for maximum adhesiveness of paint product.

    Exterior Paint and Stone

    We updated the exterior of our house and garage done by Legacy Exteriors. We had the stucco painted and stone applied to the front of the house. Jose and the crew who painted the house were awesome, they explained everything that needed to be done and did an amazing job. Khalid who did the stone work was great and did an amazing job as well. We are very happy with results and are now waiting for the eaves, fascia and soffit to be put on.

    Cladding, power washing, painting

    I would highly recommend Legacy Exteriors. They totally transformed my house by power washing the vinyl, cladding the decorative trim and painting the garage door. It looks like a new house. We have received several compliments on it! I will be using this company again; thanks again Richard! Patty

    Cladding

    Got a fair quote for window and door cladding on our older bungalow. Work started on time and was completed on time. Very good quality workmanship. Would definitely recommend their services
