After seeing Legacy's work on other houses around McKenzie Lake, we decided to seek a quote. Richard was prompt and on time as scheduled. He explained the process in detail and drove us around to show us some of his previous work. He boldly claimed to be the best. After doing our due diligence we decided to give Legacy the job and were not at all disappointed. They completed the repairs very quickly after signing the paperwork and in less than a week were painting the exterior. Richard helped chose the perfect colour for our exterior to match the brick! There were a couple small touch ups and issues, as there are with most jobs, but most importantly he ensured the contractors came back to fix it right away. Great job and I would recommend Legacy for your next exterior paint project!

Outstanding work. We had a significant amount of stucco repair (200-300 square feet) and I would challenge anyone to show me what is original and what is repaired. The elastomeric coating (paint) job makes the house look brand new yet traditionally elegant. Richard worked hard to ensure that everything was perfect and on time. This was particularly challenging considering the size and complexity of the job, our sporadic personal travel and erratic weather. Having built a great relationship with us, we were confident leaving the job to Richard while we went out of town on a couple of short vacations. From quote, to repair, to paint, cleanup and payment the process was seamless and delivered as promised. I think Richard is quarterbacking the best stucco/exterior refurbishment team in town.

Richard was courteous and helpful when he first visited our property and submitted a proposal to do an exterior stucco and stonework paint job. His price was very competitive and work began within a week of acceptance of his proposal. His work team led by Alberto was hard working and conscientious putting in long days and giving a lot of attention to details. Work was completed in four days including final cleanup. I would recommend Legacy Exteriors to anyone who wants a quality exterior paint job that will make your house look like new.

After getting 3 quotes from different companies to repair and repaint the stucco on our rental property, we decided to go with Legacy Exteriors. Richard is straight forward and his price is very competitive. The work was done on time and his crew did a fantastic job with the repair and painting of the house! My tenants mentioned that they were respectful of our place and polite guys. I went and checked on the finished project today and it looks absolutely awesome! Good job Richard and crew! Projects started on time (or even ahead of original schedule), completed on schedule and were well coordinated with other exterior work we were doing at the same time. Quality of the work was excellent. Stucco and roof jobs extremely well done. Great follow up by the tradespeople to ensure all work done to satisfaction, and they went the extra mile to help accommodate unexpected issues we had as the homeowners. Richard recommended a good company to do our fascia.soffits/eavestroughs as well.

As our house is 24 years old, the wooden frames around the windows have deteriorated. Richard was doing some work in the neighbourhood and offered to give us an estimate on cladding our windows. He is very enthusiastic about his company. The fellow that did the work was efficient and a very hard working employee. We love how our windows look and are now maintenance free. We couldn't be happier.

Richard was excellent to deal with and took me around to show me many houses he has done in Douglasdale and McKenzie and educated me on what to look for in a good job vs. others. His team of guys prepped my house exceedingly well, and Jose and his crew were excellent with great attention to detail. We are very happy with the results.

We recently had our home painted by Legacy Exteriors. Graham spent countless hours prepping the house for painting and cleaning up after. He was great about helping move ladders and some of their supplies so we could cut the grass. Graham also made sure gates were closed to allow the dogs to go out safely into the yard when necessary. John did a great job on the actual painting of the house making sure that it was done evenly and that the accent trim was edged perfectly. He is very willing to come back to do touch ups if we find them even after the job is completed.

We recently had Legacy Exteriors apply an elastomeric coating to the stucco of our 25 year old house. John and his crew (Graham and Andrew) did a fantastic job from prep to completion. They were very pleasant to work with, respectful and reliable, and worked hard so that the result was something that they (and we) could be proud of. John was very helpful while we decided on colour choice, and we are extremely happy with how the exterior our house has been "revived". We've had many compliments from the neighbours, and one neighbour has even hired Legacy to do their house after seeing the work on ours Great job guys! Thanks so much!
