Richard was very comprehensive and detailed when he put together our quote. He walked us through, step by step, all repairs and costs. His colour recommendation was spot on and our home is like NEW! His team was thorough and efficient and all work was completed exactly as quoted. We highly recommend Legacy and will hire them in the future for roofing and other projects.

Richard showed up precisely on time for our request for an estimate. He gave us a very clear and concise explanation of what would be done and not only gave us a list of previous jobs but drove us around the neighbourhood and showed us the end product at several locations. The work itself was professionally done at all stages -powerwashing, repair, masking, application and clean-up. The only negative was not being warned about the extent of the mess caused by the power washing. With a little warning we could have covered, or moved further away, many items that needed to be thoroughlu cleaned after the wash. Even our neighbour commented on some stucco debris landing on his deck. That being said, we are completely overjoyed with the end result and would gladly recommend Legacy Exteriors to anyone wishing to update their stucco.

We are very satisfied with the work that Legacy Exteriors has done to our home. We had stonework done, our stucco painted and windows cladded. Owner of Legacy came personally, took me to his current jobs as reference. After which, there'll be quotes and paperwork for documents, along with the owner made sure you're happy with your color choices. Installation dates are accurate, his employees/subcontractor sent to my house were top notch, great manner, highly skilled. Owner showed up on last day of job to quality control. Even peeked out my window and saw the owner paying his guys a paycheque (which is a good thing); not sure if it was related to my job or past jobs, but always good to see the workers get paid.

Legacy Exteriors did an outstanding job on my house. After contacting some references and looking at the quality workmanship of other homes it was a no-brainer decision to go with Legacy Exteriors. The crew lead was terrific, actually changed suggested a slight variation to the color I selected and he was bang on. Paint lines were perfect, tapping immaculate. I was away while the house was completed and wow, what a surprise to come back to. Legacy Exteriors took my house from old and tired looking to Brand New! I wouldn't hesitate to have them come back, any day!

Richard (representative) and John (painter) made us part of the process through the whole job. Everyone was very polite and respected the homeowners. Legacy did everything they could to make the exterior of our home the centre piece of our community. In my opinion they were very successful Legacy is a company I highly recommend and Richard is a person true to his word. They both went out of their way to deliver a high quality product which was on time and on budget. I recommend Richard and Legacy when you are considering updating the exterior of your residence. I honestly believe that as result of getting this work done the market value of our house appreciated 10 - 20 %. Legacy, Richard and John made every effort to minimize the impact to our daily life was kept to an absolute minimum while respecting everyone in the household. I am very glad we got Legacy and Richard to look the refinishing of the exterior of our home and would be more than willing to recommend them to anyone interested. I can't enough about the service we received.

We just completed new window cladding and had our stucco repainted. We were very pleased with the whole project. The house looks amazing! Amilcar did an amazing job with the window cladding. He is one of the most efficient and dedicated worker I have met in a long time and did an incredible job and Alberto did an equally amazing job with the stucco painting. He was very accommodating and professional. Richard did a great job in co-ordinating everything. He is a strong salesman but backs up everything he claims. I would definitely use him again and will definitely recommend him to family and friends.

Richard delivered a strong sales pitch supported by a thorough education of paint options, painting process and QA/QC of work. His crew (Alberto) was extremely professional and accomodating. A couple of learnings from working with Legacy: 1. It would be wise to get a sample of the paint to try on the exterior surface. Although we choose a sample color we liked, as soon as we put it on the exterior surface, a pink/purple tint came through. We ended up having to change the color part way through the job. Alberto and Richard were fully supportive of this. Part of the issue (in my opinion...) is the sample colors are from General Paint while the exterior paint product is from Cloverdale. 2. We had to call back the crew afterwards to clean a few paint spots/touch up. There was a bit of back and forth with Richard on the touch up as the location (our deck) was an "add on" with the crew when they came. Although I was instructed by Richard to approach the crew directly for the add-on, this work is not explicitly in the contract. However, in the end, this got sorted out. Learning for those considering working with Legacy is to get ALL items in the contract to avoid any miscommunication....

Very pleased with the work done by Legacy Exteriors. Richard was very good to deal with and stood by his cost estimate. John and his crew Graham and Andrew did a great job painting my stucco as well as eaves trough, fascia, soffit and downspouts and very pleasant to deal with. In spite of the less than favourable weather they managed to make my house look brand new in nice modern colours. I would not hesitate to use Legacy Exteriors and John and his crew again. Great job guys....house looks wonderful!

We replaced cedar shakes with asphalt shingles, and had the eves trough, fascia, soffit and stucco painted in 2 colours. The lead time worked out well for us, as the work was done within days of starting the initial conversation. In fact, the stucco cleaning crew started the next morning. Both teams finished in little time and left nothing behind. The crews were professional and in my opinion did fantastic work. Richard was upfront and straight forward with his promise. He educated us on the products available, and offered comparisons and testimonials from other satisfied customers. The completed work met our expectations in every way. We would most certainly recommend Legacy Exteriors for your painting and roofing needs. A job well done!
