I’m skeptical of all contractors through previous experience. Richard approached me with several promises on pricing, service and quality. His prices were more competitive than others but with assurances of high quality execution. He educated me on different stucco paints which I am glad for as the higher quality paint we selected was clearly the best choice. The roofing Lead educated me on different products on the roof and skylights so I could make an informed decision. I signed the agreements with optimistic expectations that the promises would become actual. The crews for the painting and the roof were top notch and professional. Both crews definitely had extensive years of experience behind them. Coordinating their visits was effortless. Their professionalism and quality delivered exceeded my expectations. It’s a good feeling knowing you got the best price and a fantastic result. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Legacy Exteriors again and recommend to family or friends.

Richard at Legacy Exteriors was very punctual at all times and ethical . He has really good crews who do top notch work and in a timely fashion. Richard was very honest and that is hard to find in Calgary. He stands by all his work and will do everything he can to make it right with you, again hard to find in Calgary. We thought at one point that we had a minor problem with our roof and he and his crew were at our house very early on a Sunday morning to rectify the problem which turned out to have nothing to do with the roof after all. Even after all our work was done he still helped us by recommending a good company where we could get some quality granite at a great price. We were very happy with this also. When we wanted to upgrade to better windows he gave us the best price around for very high quality windows. I would definitely give him and his company 10/10 and would hire them again. ,.

We used Legacy Exteriors for our stucco and aluminum window cladding. All the workers were punctual, efficient, polite. They worked full days to ensure that the work was completed on time. Their quality workmanship was excellent and very thorough. We would highly recommend Richard and his team!

We were very pleased with the workmanship for the window cladding recently completed. The individual that completed the job was very polite and kept the worksite clean at all times. The work was completed in exactly the number of days promised.

Richard was very helpful in helping us make our roofing material and stucco colour selections. The crew was prompt, efficient and cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. We are very pleased with the results and have received many compliments on how great our place looks.

Although he had a strong sales pitch he did a great job overall. They did a full re-roof on our 2300 sq ft house with new shingles. His crew was great and cleaned up everything afterwards. No leaks despite all the rain. He called afterwards to make sure things are fine.
