It is high quality work using high quality product. Alberto is an incredible painter. He was always on time, meticulous and friendly. Legacy also did the cladding around the garage door and again, it was done extremely well. The house looks great and we couldn't be happier!

Richard delivered exactly what he promised at a fair price and on time. His 2 teams, Shirijat for stucco/parging repairs and Alberto & Juan for painting did exceptional work, were on time, professional, friendly and cleaned up the site when finished. In addition Alberto & Juan gave great advice on colour selection and were kind enough to do extra stuff without having to be asked to make the final job even better. It was very clear they took a lot of pride in doing a first-class job. Thank you so much to Richard and his teams for a job well-done.

We are very pleased with the job Legacy did in painting our house. The job started with Amilicar showing up to put aluminium cladding around our garage doors. He was a skilled tradesman who also helped out on an ancillary problem we had on our back deck. Next, a stucco repair crew attended and patched areas requiring touch up. Ultimately, Alberto and Juan showed up and power washed the house before painting. Alberto was the consummate professional. He offered great advice on colour selection and combinations. It took over a week to complete the job, but Alberto and Juan arrived at the time promised each day, working long shifts. We were extremely happy with the final product. All of Legacy’s tradesmen were extremely pleasant and professional to deal with. They took pride in their work. We did not deal much with Richard after the contract was signed but he kept in touch. It was apparent from speaking with his crews, that Richard treated his tradesmen very well.

Absolutely a first class job. House first needed stucco repairs which were completed well. Painting by Jose and his team (family) took some time due to size of house but result is outstanding. Just as we wanted. Much cleaner and sharper visually. No hassle at all and only slight delay in commencement due to weather, with Richard keeping us aware at all times. Richard sold us the garage cladding as extra and glad that we had it done too. No hesitation in recommending Legacy Exteriors and would use again if need arose. Well done and thanks.

Richard is a sales and marketing professional in this business in which he is passionate about. Most importantly delivering the best product and results to his customers. He responded quite quickly with a free quote on our 30+ year original stucco home to be painted. He also went out of his way to take us (in separate cars - Covid you know) to some of his previous jobs to see what this particular type of paint looked like on the houses that his team painted. He was true to his word on the start date of the job, even with the consistent rain. Alberto and Juan came on a Sunday to start the work. They did minor repairs on our stucco which we were really pleased with. They finished on Thursday. Both painters were very polite, kind and fast workers. They arrived on time and continued to communicate with us through out the process. There was one day of morning rain but the guys showed up in the afternoon to continue working into the evening. Alberto was very accommodating with our minor changes in painting frames and doors and both guys were extremely patient with all of us family members (including dogs) coming and going over the days here. Both painters attention to detail and work ethic was amazing to watch. We did our walk around after the completion and it was immaculate! Contacted Legacy Exteriors to get a quote to have my windows cladded. Richard responded immediately and came over for an inspection. Others whom I contacted either said it would be months before they are available or did not respond at all. We've never had any experience with this company but Richard gave quite the sales pitch so we took a chance to go with them. A few days later, Amilcar showed up with his trailer and tools, and the job was completed in less than a week. Overall very satisfied, and would not hesitate to use them again.

SO...2020....our 50th Wedding Anniversary in the middle of a pandemic....cant go anywhere, and had been thinking of painting the house for a few years, so lets take that vacation fund and put it in the home....We had the ability to watch as several homes on our daily walks that were being completed by Legacy Exteriors, so we chose them to do our exterior painting and they did not disappoint. Alberto (Da Vinci) did the spraying (acrylic elastomeric coating) and his expertise showed in every aspect of the work that was done - from prep to the final result. We had the stucco, Garage door and an exterior entry doors painted. The final finish on the doors was awesome. Juan and his attention to detail in masking showed in the final reveal. Great team working together. Have had numerous neighbors asking about the company and if we would recommend them...a very positive YES....our home looks better than when it was new. Many thanks to the crew and for Richards enthusiasm wearing his company on his sleeve...he is a very proud guy of his crew and his companys reviews...110% from here.

This is the second time We have had work done by Legacy and have been totally satisfied with the work and the tradespeople involved .All were very knowledgeable and helpful as well as skilled at their jobs. We would definitely recommend Legacy Exteriors.
