This is another great story from our friends at Legacy Exteriors. They successfully completed the exterior painting of our home made of stucco a few days ago. It is magnificent. We would like to thank Jose and his team along with Richard for a job well done! Project was on time, very efficient and professional team to work with and most importantly very rewarding. We just had our house painted with Richard's company and we are truly amazed at the transformation. When the protective paper came off the house, it was like unwrapping a Christmas gift...beautiful and beyond our expectations! When undergoing a project such as this one usually ventures in with some degree of concern, but this team , from start to finish, made this project seamless and enjoyable. They exercise a high level of professionalism and expertise. Alberto was exceptional in his attention to detail advise and pride of workmanship. We love our new home! We weren't planning on having our house painted this year. Along came COVID and all of that changed. We had talked to Richard last year about painting our house but decided that we would wait. Then lo and behold, his crew showed up on our street about a month ago painting one of our neighbor's homes. Did it look fantastic! Our house sure looked blah after seeing that! So we decided to go for it! After several painting meetings with family and friends out on our driveway, we finally settled on a color scheme. Thank you Alberto for being so patient with us! The first thing that we had done was cladding of our garage door... it was already starting to look great! Then the crew started with the trim, which looked fantastic already! Unfortunately it rained for 5 days so we had to wait to see the rest. As soon as it stopped raining and the sun came out, Alberto and his crew were here working their butts off to re-tape everything and then ultimately finish painting our house. Alberto has an eye for detail and high expectations so he made sure things were done right and that it was perfect. The end result... wow... Just wow! Our house looks like a brand new house we are beyond pleased with how it turned out! Neighbors are walking by and complementing us on how amazing our house looks! Thanks so much Legacy Exteriors and especially Alberto for an outstanding job! Also a big shout out to Euro Stucco and the fantastic job they did fixing the stucco repairs and parging concrete work around our house.

We did a lot of homework prior to choosing Legacy Exteriors to do our exterior painting and they did not disappoint. Alberto did all of the spraying (acrylic elastomeric coating) and was meticulous in every aspect of the work that was done - from preparation through to the end result. Rarely have we had a contractor that paid attention to every detail such as Alberto did. We had the stucco, overhead doors and all exterior entry doors painted. The final finish on the doors was so good that they looked like they came from the factory - not easy to accomplish and a direct result of Alberto's skill. Our house is completely revitalized and looks better than when it was new. We have already had numerous positive comments from our neighbours. Thanks to Legacy (and especially Alberto) for an outstanding job.

I had 11 large windows cladded, the windows and in decent shape but the exterior wood was in need for another paint job in 3 years, I reached out to several companies for Cladding and Legacy was the only one to give a decent price and do the job. They did it quickly and promptly upon receiving the go ahead. I am very pleased with the workmanship and would highly recommend them. Richard and Amicar did a great job. 5 Stars.

I am not one given to arbitrary reviews, however when the workmanship, attention to detail and dedication to the job at hand meet with a reasonable price and prompt response, it must be complemented so that others looking for this level of perfection can enjoy the results from this cladding service! Showed up on time; stayed until the job was done; perfect coverage of some ugly painted wood facing and a price that made sense. Gotta love it! Hire them, you won't be dissapointed.

Legacy Exteriors (i.e, Richard and Amilcar) recently completed a big project at our home with the cladding of our lower floor windows and garage door. It was an outstanding job!. You get to know very quickly the hard work and dedication of Amilcar. My spouse and I were amazed by his professionalism and courtesy. He is always at his task and is attentive to details. We are very happy of the end results. The work is impeccable! Looking forward to having our stucco home repainted with Legacy Exteriors next spring 2020. We strongly recommend Richard and Legacy Exteriors.

We were very impressed with the final results of the Cladding to our home windows by Legacy Exteriors. The quality of workmanship was very detailed and professionally done. Also the staff were very pleasant to deal with and you could tell early in the project that they were experts at what they do. I would not hesitate to recommend Legacy Exteriors for any Cladding work!!

We met with Richard in which he provided detail on what he would and could do to give our house a facelift. The facelift would require cladding all of the windows and painting the stucco with an updated colour and an acrylic paint. The Cladding would ensure that we would not have to paint again and the painting with a 100% Acrylic elastomeric coating would preserve protect and enhance the stucco. Our experience working with Legacy was incredible. Amilcar did an outstanding job on cladding the windows and Alberto and Rafael's job on painting was second to none. We would highly recommend Legacy Exteriors to anyone wanting to give their older home a face lift. To sum up I refer to Legacy Exteriors as my homes Plastic Surgeon and if want to give your older home a Face Lift call Legacy Exteriors you will not be disappointed. The Face Lift is awesome!

Richard is a salesman and he is good. He does what he says he’ll do. Comes across with a sense of urgency because he wants to keep his guys rolling from one project to the next. That keeps his guys committed and it shows. The work was materially completed while Iveas out of town. The job picked the house exterior up and it looks closer to new than the 28 years it actually is.
