    Dishwasher and Fridge

    Terry my service representative informed me of the scope of work, cost and options available. Would highly recommend their services to others. Arrived at schedule time was respectful our home with carpet and towels.

    GE Refrigerator repair

    The refrigerator was not cooling or freezing properly and the technician diagnosed it as a bad panel. The panel was ordered and replaced in a few days and the fridge started to work again. We are satisfied with the service. The technician was great in explaining everything and our options.

    No Drama!

    Was able to come out the day after I called. Had the parts and did a great repair on the first trip. Very personable, competent, efficient, and reasonably priced. Will definitely call on them next time!

    Kenmore washer

    terry came over to look at my washer as it was making loud bang sounds during the spin cycle. Terry ran the machine and verified that the bearings were shot. He also advised that I would a new washer. He didn’t charge me for my visit which I appreciated!

    An Intermittent Problem Solved

    Our KitchenAid dishwasher installed in Feb 2016 was leaking on the left side. We did not notice the leak, as it was intermittent, until it affected the wood barrier between the DW and range. The leak occurred only during the wash/rinse cycle. Louis from Appliance Service Centre worked on this problem until he solved it. Not an easy job as it turned out the reason for the leak was due to a loose screw holding the seal and upper cutlery rack which happened during manufacture. The same screw on the right side was also loose, but not enough to cause a leak. Louis checked all the screws holding the seal. To date no leaks thank goodness. I would certainly recommend this company. I would also like to comment that the company website and method of booking an online appointment is excellent.

    Dishwasher Repair

    We noticed water ponding under the dishwasher and set up a service appointment with Appliance Service Centre based on prior reviews. We were very pleased with the quickness of the diagnosis by Terry, the reasonableness of the repair cost and the timeliness of the repair once the parts were received. I will be contacting this same company for any future appliance issues.

    Oven repair

    I was able to get a call out appointment on the day of my choice and Terry was on time, courteous and professional. Thankfully it was a pretty simple repair so didn't take long. I would definitely use ASC as my 'go to' for appliance repairs and will also happily recommend them.

    dryer repair. Dryer would turn but not provide any heat.

    Terry responded to my request for a quote within 10 minutes of my online request. He set up a time to come that day to fix my dryer, but I had to cancel because of my plans. We set an appointment for the next working day and he came as promised on time. He was very clean, respectful and helpful. He had quoted me $330 for what he thought might be the problem but it ended up being a fuse (inside the dryer) that had blown and so the total was $189. He had to take apart the entire dryer to get at the part. He thoroughly vacuumed the dryer out and gave me some tips on how to trouble shoot future problems. I was very happy with Appliance Center's professionalism, work ethic and friendly service and I think it was a fair price. Will definitely call them again.
