    Stove repair

    Great efficient customer service. From Breanne setting up the service appointment to Terry, the repairman was perfect. Terry came and assessed the problem, left to pick up the part and was back within the hour to fix it! Thank you all so much. Would definitely use them again and refer to family and friends.

    Dishwasher repair

    Discovered the problem and fixed it in a reasonable amount of time. Service was prompt

    Range repair

    Control board replacement. Oven wasn't heating up. Initial repair was incomplete because of faulty relay. Second trip out replaced the fault at no charge. Very good service and will definitely use them again

    Dryer

    Got an appointment same day and the issue was resolved successful. Great service, highly recommend their service.

    Dryer repair

    Terry was very helpful and fit me in as soon as he could. I appreciated his help and his advice. If I have another problem I would not hesitate to call again.

    Fridge Repair

    My fridge started to go and was not cooling anything anymore. Made an appointment online which was super easy and got an appointment the next day. Louis came out and checked on the fridge and told me that the compressor was broken. To get it fixed it would cost around $1,200. He was super helpful in letting me know and I just decided to get a new fridge in the end. I would definitely use their service again if I have any issues with the appliances in my home. Thanks again!

    Dry repair

    Initially, I called for a Dry repair. When he arrived Terry very quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in less than 1/4 of an hour. The service included cleaning out the dryer cabinet as it needed it having never been opened before. I asked "Do you mind if I ask a question about my fridge while you are here? " Terry was happy to answer my question stating that there was a problem with my drain system and, since he was here and had the time, he fixed my Fridge at the same time eliminating the need for a second service call. Terry was friendly and professional and I will definitely call him again if I have an appliance that needs service. In my experience customer service like this is increasingly rare. I have no reservations about recommending Terry and Appliance Service Centre.

    Leaking freezer

    Terry responded to our request even after office hours. The very next day, we got an email confirming the appointment. Mr. Louis was punctual, professional and pleasant to wor with. He gave us a quote and sought approval before proceeding. The work was professionally done with Mr. Louis explaining what each task was achieving. Would highly recommend this company for any appliance-related work.

    Refrigerator

    The tech checked on our fridge on why it was not dropping to temp settings. He was helpful in explaining to me what was wrong with my fridge.
