    Dryer fix

    Great service. Called on Monday and had an appointment that day. The control board was broken and they had to order a part and they came back as soon as they could. Repairman was very friendly and professional. Great service!

    Dryer repair

    Noticed issue with dryer in the morning and by 4pm same day, repair had been completed. Louis replaced the heating element and provided cost before work was completed. Will definitely recommend.

    Quote, no quote.

    Had work done (module replacement) on fridge in the past. The gentleman who showed up (owner I presume) appeared to be rather pretentious. Asked me to pay $450+ which provoked my resistance. $350 did the trick. No issues with the fridge since. Currently in need of work on Samsung washing machine. Requested quote (prompt response, I must add) with no quote provided, except $99 fee for showing up. Price is dependent upon ..., which I understand. I like to be educated on possible issues prior to committing.

We encourage all customers to contact us directly if they feel an interaction was not handled as such. We quote repairs on site once all diagnosis have been completed. We generally don't quote a price and then negotiate a lower price, barring extenuating circumstances. Your negative review is confusing. You have indicated that you received a repair of your fridge, which was 100% successful, and at a cost $100 less than what you were quoted. You've also noted our prompt response to your requests. We charge a $95 diagnostic fee and must have noted that to you in your second contact with us. A second contact would normally indicate satisfaction from the previous encounter, which warranted no review. When we quoted our diagnostic fee, which involves an onsite visit, in order to provide a proper and accurate quote of the actual cost of the repair required. This response clearly was not to your satisfaction. Rather than contact via a phone call to possibly inquire further you chose this review as your best option. We stand behind our exceptional reputation for high quality service delivered with honesty and integrity. We will accept the fruits of all that labor.

    Maytag Fridge (French doors, bottom loading freezer)

    I contacted Appliance Service Centre I had never dealt with them before, and took a chance and I’m very happy I did!!! I spoke with the call taker Breanne she was friendly, and very professional she got me an appointment next day. The Technician was Terry K. Again very friendly and professional! He made you feel at ease and the problem was going to be fixed. In my view Terry went Above and beyond to make sure my fridge was fixed and operating in top condition! Terry had brought a computer board from their supplier, and found it was faulty. Instead of making us wait, Terry immediately went back and picked up another one to make sure we were taken care of with no wait. They are very honest and efficient, and the best repair company I have ever dealt with! I won’t deal with anyone else now, if I ever need Service again! Awesome job! Regards Mr. Smith

    Washer Repair

    Called after reading the reviews on Homestars. I wasn't disappointed! Very timely response, very courteous and knowledgeable technician. The company is very fortunate to have such an employee representing them! From the time I called Monday morning, the technician was out Tuesday, part ordered, installed and working Wednesday morning! I would highly recommend Appliance Service Centre.

    Appliance repair

    I requested a service call online and received a live person reply withon an hour. A time set and the technician arrived on time and had the problem fixed promptly. A test was conducted and the work was correct. The bill was $15 leas than I expected. A very good experience!

    Reliable, Fast & Professional!

    Terry was amazing! He quoted us 1 hour to fix our dryer, and he did just that! 2 previous company's left us hanging and didn't have the necessary parts on hand, or the ability to return our phone calls! Appliance Service Centre deserves your business!

    Fridge

    Very pleased with Appliance Service Centre. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Terry the Technician was on time and very professional. Should we need service/repairs on any other appliances in the future, they will be my first point of contact.

    Dishwasher Repair

    Everything about our experience was great. Service technician (Louis) arrived at the expected time, did the work on time, and fixed the problem (blocked hose). When the problem came back within the service warranty period, we got prompt return service, had the problem fixed without cost with no questions asked.
