    Fridge

    Terrific....Honest.. Top Notch Service! Terry was very prompt,professional, and knowledgable. My issue with my side by side fridge was the freezer and the fridge were warm up top and everything was freezing in the bottom half. Terry diagnosed what was wrong with my fridge within 5 mins (fan motor) and ordered the part immediately. It was in the next day and Terry installed it efficiently and quickly. I will be using this company in the future when needed and will be recommending to family and friends.

    Dryer service call

    My dryer was giving off a burning smell when it was run. Service call cleaned up the lint around the element and found that the root cause of the problem was an exterior blocked vent (which my condo association will have to deal with). Great job!

    Appliance repair

    Great system for booking appointment, punctuality and identifying the problem, what needs to be done and then confirmation after. Thanks for all your help including advice on the stove issue!

    appliance assessment

    The best experience I have ever had with a service call. I like the email confirmation. Michael was punctual, personable, knowledgeable and fair. I will call him again and recommend him to others.

    Washing machine repair

    Friendly staff and extremely thorough. Tech showed up on time during the 2 hour window. Tech explained everything. Once problem was determined, had parts on hand and fixed on site. Further inspection concluded and additional part found to be broken. Tech showed the break in the part and showed what the part should look like. Tech only charged for parts, no labour. Extremely satisfied. Won't go to anyone else.

    Washing Machine Repair

    Everything was easy right from the start - amazing service and response time. From booking the appointment and being given the exact timeframe requested, to having the guys show up on time, to the friendly customer service and solid expertise - top ratings across the board. Although our repair quote came back around the $1200 mark and it wasn't feasible to pursue past the original diagnostic fee of $99.75, I would highly recommend their services and will definitely be calling them again next time I need an appliance repair.

    dryer repair

    Amazing service and Michael was beyond skilled, on time and just plain wonderful. the booking process was easy and the price was very reasonable. Thanks and we will be calling again for any other repairs

    Dishwasher service

    Arrived promptly and was very courteous. He diagnosed the problem quickly (stinky washer), allowing us to chose the option that worked best for us and then did the repair quickly. He also saved us money by not doing unnecessary work. All round very satisfied. Thanks!

    Gas Oven Repair

    Our gas oven was not heating properly and the technician was quickly able to determine the problem. He had the parts with him and carried out the repair immediately. The service technician was prompt, friendly and knowledgable, and the repair was done for a reasonble cost. I have used Appliance Service Centre in the past as well and have consistently been very satisified with their service. Would highly recommend them to anyone I know!

    Washing machine not draining

    We had Appliance Service Centre out for our washing machine, which was not draining. The service was top notch, the technician friendly, courteous, punctual and professional. Would not hesitate to call them again for service, or to recommend them.
