    Dishwasher Issues

    Had notice from other staff that the dishwasher was not working. Called for repairs to find out a simple fix of the child lock was on. Staff was polite and courteous and I would call again if any issues arose.

    Washer no draining

    contacted The Appliance Service Centre on and they were very punctual in coming on the specified time. He was knowledgeable, professional , reliable and I would call them in the future if the need arose and highly recommend to others .

    Replace oven igniter

    Oven igniter not working properly - gas not igniting. I booked my appointment electronically and service Tech came next day. The oven is a very large unit and repair was complicated, the Service Tech was very resourceful in completing the repair. Total cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Michael Luu and this firm. Dale M

    Refrigerator part replacement

    I like the way in which the company made the reservation, then confirmed it with an e-mail the day before (with my reply to confirm on my part). The service technician arrived on time and was pleasant , efficient, and knowledgeable. A good experience all round.

    Electric panel for a Jenn Air stove

    This is the third time we have had to replace the electric control panel on our stove. Not only did John bring the part out with him, he gave us a one year guarrantee on parts and work. He also was able to tell us why this occurred again. Everyone we dealt with was helpful!

    Fridge Repair and Stove top Repair

    Both times I have used ACS I was delighted with the ease and speed they conducted their services. They are professional, reliable, knowledgeable, personable, and easy to work with, which is at times a rare trait to find. I highly recommend this company.

    Washing machine malfunction

    Was referred by our daughter who was very impressed with your honest, professional service. John serviced our wash machine and I couldn't be more impressed! The excellent customer care provided by your company is very difficult to find today. I am much obliged and commend you from every aspect.     Dishwasher

    My dishwasher over flooded. I called the company and I advised of my issue and availability. They confirmed the appointment via email. next I knew, my dishwasher was fixed. The crew came on time, the repair took 15 min, and now I have a usable dishwasher. I would use them again (hopefully I won't have to), and I would recommend them to everyone in need.

    Whirlpool washer not draining

    I contacted The Appliance Service Centre on Aug 12th and they were very punctual in coming on Aug 13th at the specified time. They (Michael and colleague )were knowledgeable, professional , reliable and determined that I needed a new pump ,that they replaced. I would call them in the future if the need arose and highly recommend to others .

    Whirlpool Duet Dryer

    Appliance Service Centre is the repair company I call for my appliances. I have used them a few times and each time they were prompt, efficient, professional and fixed the problem. I have kept their business card on hand for any future problems. The dryer was the most recent repair call and as expected, the repair was done within two business days with Darcy K arriving promptly at 8 a.m. as scheduled. Terry K was here for our previous problem, the wine cooler, and he was thorough in his explanation of the problem and arrived promptly as scheduled.
