A few months back, we were having a recurring problem with lint on our clothes, so we started with the company that sold us our washer in the first place. Two visits later, the problem still wasn't fixed, and they told is there was nothing wrong, that it was probably lint from the dryer (which it was not). But they wouldn't open up the machine to really get in there, like I asked them too. So I called The Appliance Service Centre. Darcy was happy to open up the machine, and we found lime scaling all over the inner tub. It was caking up and ending up on our clothing. Problem fixed. So, when our washer flooded recently (a completely unrelated problem), I went straight to The Appliance Service Centre again, and this time they sent Michael. Unfortunately, he couldn't find the problem, but he said there would be no charge for the visit. Imagine that! They still made the effort to come out, so I was certainly happy to pay for their time, but he declined. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat. Very professional, and they clearly know their stuff. If they can't find the problem, I don't think anyone can.

Darcy was so thoughtful and explained everything in detail to me. What component acted up and why it needed to be replaced. He had the part in his truck so I didn't need to book another apt so that was a bonus. I got everything done in a couple hours and can do my dishes again like normal. I will recommend this company every time for their prompt, courteous service. Thanks Darcy!

I called this company to repair the fridge in the house for our tenant. They told us the fridge and freezer sometimes stopped working. John called me at the scheduled time with a quote to replace one part of the fridge. Now two days passed, my tenant told me the fridge works well. I appreciate Appliance Service Center's work.

I had issues with my Dishwasher draining - and chose this company based on their reviews. I was not disappointed -and you won't be either! From the easy booking process, the confirmation (even had to re-schedule and wasn't an issue); and the genuinely pleasant customer experience that I had when Darcy arrived - it was all around fantastic! The pricing is upfront, and fair - with friendly, fast, professional service - I will definitely use them again; and recommend them to others.

Our 6 year old Kitchen Aid Gas Range has not worked properly since new. When hot, it would quit until it cooled down, all control panel would go blank. We bought it at Trail Appliances and had two warranty calls which did not fix the problem and then they wouldn't return. On self-clean it quit again and wouldn't come back on. John from ASC came by earlier than scheduled and went through the stove thoroughly and determined the cost of parts - more than the stove was worth. Appreciate your honesty and professionalism.
