Upon reading these reviews, I checked out this company on their website, which led me to book an appointment with ease. The technician came on time and was pleasant and very knowledgeable, despite putting a couple of screws back in the wrong place when he replaced the pump motor, which he corrected the next day without hassles.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!! I selected Appliance Service Center based on the comments that were posted and I was NOT disappointed. My display board was gone on my range. The issue was troubleshot, appointment scheduled and fixed promptly and exactly as promised. I will definately call again if I require an appliance repair WITHOUT HESITATION.

Appliance Service Centre is awesome; Appointment was scheduled and confirmed online. was given a 2hr arriving time window; Terry arrived on time and was very efficient trouble shooting the issue; Microwave was fixed and tested. Price is reasonable too. Highly recommended!

Found Appliance Service Centre through Whirlpool Online Help Site. We found their website to be much more professional then the other company's offered for service work. Sent in a request for work online and Darcy was out within 48hrs and even showed up early! Took a look at what was wrong, and right away told us that he would have to order a part in. The part had completely melted, and in his 30+ years told us he had never seen something like this before. Darcy called to let us know once the part was in, and told us when he could come out to finish the job. He had everything installed within 20 minutes. Darcy took the time to make sure everything was re-calibrated and functioning before closing up. Very Professional, Very informative would not hesitate to recommend or call on again for help!

AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME!! Highly recommended. Problem was a bit complicated to sort out, but both Terry and Michael were fabulous. Came early, extremely polite, came back for follow-up very quickly, cleaned up, sorted the problem at a reasonable cost. My kitchen floor was likely cleaner after they came than before. I would definitely use them again!

The technician Darcy arrived early within the 2 hour window quoted and was very friendly and personable. He diagnosed the vibration noise coming from the fridge right away and fixed the problem quickly. I was charged little more than the minimum service call fee and am very satisfied with the results. Will call again without hesitation with any future appliance problems.

My double oven range wasn't heating up and after a couple of (raw) dinner disasters, I called ASC. We'd had their techs to our home for other issues and we extremely pleased. This was another case. Darcy came with a replacement part, figuring out beforehand what the issue might be. He moved the range, opened it up and quickly replaced the worn part. Darcy was friendly and efficient and very pleasant. Highly recommend using their repair service!

Darcy, out technician, was the single most pleasant, helpful, respectful, informative, efficient and well kept service individual my wife and I have ever had the fortune of allowing into our home. Just had our Washer serviced by Appliance Service Centre. I was very pleased with the repair and the repairman. He fixed our washer and was very informative when he gave us our options. I would certainly recommend them again - in fact I will be sure to use this company agaon. Thanks a lot for the great service!

it turned out to be a simple burned out bottom element on the stove and the washer was on the wrong setting. I am writing the review because the service tech Darcy was so incredibly kind, polite and punctual. Just super impressed with this company! I would never use anybody else :)
