I highly highly recommend Appliance Service Centre!! This is the second time I have used this company and both times the service was excellent. The repair man came on time, was very knowledgeable and solved the problem, all the while explaining to me in clear, understandable terms, what he was doing and why. If you need repairs for your appliances, call Appliance Service Centre!!

I cannot exaggerate the efficiency of the company. The fellow that was sent out truly knew what he was doing. We have been living with these annoying sounds for some time because we were stalling replacing them. Well both were simple to get fixed with such a low cost. I was impressed that the dryer part was taken out cleaned and put back in. Honesty and integrity are part of this company. Just the right amount of friendliness and conversation. So many places will not service only sell new. I would definitely call them again. Thanks so much.

Terry came right at 12pm when he said he would, explained what he was doing throughout the whole repair and testing process and spent over an hour fixing the washer. He had to test out two electronic boards and only charged me for one for the repairs. The cost of service was $410 but I was so impressed with his service that I gave him $500. He makes you feel very comfortable and really cares about troubleshooting your problem. No hesitation with giving Terry a 10 out of 10 - keep rocking!

Quick response, professional and easy natured. It can be scary allowing a stranger into your home after booking an online appt. An immediate email response notified me that I would be contacted to confirm the appointment time. I then received a call confirming 2 hr time frame and Darcy showed up ready to work. Thankfully he was perfectly comfortable my 100lb dog overlooking while he worked. Pleasant, reliable service and I would not hesitate to call on them again.

I called and got a call back within an hour, Terry came over the next day and fixed the problem quickly. Friendly, knowledgeable guy who I would use again and highly recommend.

Terry is very organized. He came over twice, the first time to figure out the problem, the second time to fix it! I am so happy to have my dryer back in working order. If I ever need another appliance repair, I would be very comfortable calling him again.

When our washer stopped working one evening, we were able to get Terry here the next day and I was amazed at how fast he identified the problem.
