Dryer Repair
I phoned Tuesday morning about a dryer repair, tech arrived on Wednesday at the time that they set. I was very happy with the service and the reasonable cost. I would highly recommend this company.

Called Terry to install dual water valve I had already purchased myself.. He arrived on time, was courteous, and after inspecting the fridge, told me that I had the problem wrong and that I all had to do was defrost the water line. When I tried to pay for the service call, he said that wasn't necessary since he hadn't done anything ... we settled on the price of a couple of coffees! Booked on line at 10 pm. Terry called me at 7:40 am. Darcy was at my door at 11 am. Dishwasher fixed by 11:30. Great friendly service. Hope I don't need them again, but if I do, I will go back.Answer from pro:

Called ASC and spoke to Terry, he was very polite and friendly and gave me a tentative repair date based on my availability. The night before I got a call from a friendly gentleman to confirm a appointment and gave me a two hour window. Darcy showed up well within the given window (which any busy professional can appreciate), he went over what the problem was and gave me the EXACT cost of repairs on the spot. Darcy was knowledgeable, personable and professional. I will use nobody but ASC from now on.Answer from pro:

We called ASC yesterday to book an appointment to have our stove fixed. They called us back to book for today and gave us a 2 hour window. Darcy arrived one hour into the window which was great. Darcy is extremely friendly and courteous. He is obviously a highly knowledgeable industry professional, knowing the solution within seconds, and answering many of our questions on the fly. Darcy was finished within 30 minutes despite us slowing him down with all of our questions. They gave us a the best price for the part and service in town. Highly recommended. Great Job. I called ASC yesterday about my squeaking dryer and they had a very courteous serviceman call me last night to give me a 2 hour window for today. He was prompt and very polite, and told me exactly what was wrong with my dryer, and how much it would cost before he proceeded. He showed me the old part and the new part. Darcy was fabulous and very knowledgeable. He even gave me amazing tips for my dishwasher. I will use this company EVERY time I need repairs or home services!!!Answer from pro:

Had ASP come and repair my dishwasher and fridge. They repaired the dishwasher immediately and told me the fridge was not worth fixing. I appreciated the honesty of not doing a repair that would have been useless.Answer from pro:

This was my second time hiring Terry at Appliance Service Centre. The first time was for a refrigerator repair, and this time for a washing machine repair. He showed up on time, was very efficient and was reasonably priced. A hose wasn't tightened completely upon the initial repair, and when I contacted him he was very amenable to returning at a time that was convenient for me to remedy the problem. I will likely never call a different appliance service shop again! Appliance Service Centre provided me with top notch service. I love that I can book online and communicate with Terry via email. They had a very friendly and knowledgeable technician out to my place during the time that I was available and the visit was quick and price very reasonable.
