    I couldn't believe how fast they responded and how efficient their dispatcher Jason was in offering a special Onlibe price!!! Why try to do a job yourself when you have such an awesome company to handle a dirty job for you!

    Good job

    Thanks for cleaning my duct. I did many search to find a reliable company and I trusted 1Cleanair. Polite and gentle for booking. The house was even cleaner when they left. Great work Clean air

    Duct Cleaning in Ottawa

    Lionel ans Nic showed up on time at 8.30am and spent 2 hours meticulously cleaning the ductwork and vents/registers (36) as well as the dryer vent. The pictures he showed me at the end of the day confirmed a job well done. He was polite, efficient and respectful of my house and possessions. Very happy with the entire process and would now unreservedly recommend 1Cleanair.

    duct cleaning

    Just a follow-up to the duct-cleaning service we received today from your employees. In a word, it was unsatisfactory. This is why: 1) They were an hour late -- arrived at 2:30 2) They were rude and pushy, trying to upsell a $200.00 furnace cleaning as well, indicating that they couldn't guarantee the duct cleaning unless the furnace had been cleaned too. 3) They were sloppy -- they cut extra holes into the ductwork, even though the previous duct cleaning company had already cut holes in the ductwork. They also didn't clean up the metal shavings or any debris left around from this procedure. As I type this (at 5:00 p.m., my partner is still downstairs vacuuming after them). 4) The disinfectant REEKS. My partner was told the odor would subside within an hour. It has a very strong, caustic odor. Indeed, my eyes are watering and I have a headache from it, so can't be in my house this evening. I'm sorry I took my neighbour's advice. We will be returning to the company we had before. This was $348.00 misspent.

    Duct Cleaning performed

    Best price you will find for the quality of work! Local business, family owned which I am always looking for. They were prompt, efficient, friendly, and explained everything they were doing. They provide a before and after picture and even offer advice on how to maintain your vents yourself. Highly recommend!

    Duct cleaning well done!

    Easy to book appointments, and great communication throughout the entire process. Great service! Lionel and Sylvain were very professional.They provided pictures showing before and after of the ducts. Highly recommend this company A++

    Carpet cleaning

    I have off white carpets and thought they were pretty clean but thought it was time to freshen them up with a cleaning. I couldn't beleive the difference after Air One cleaned them. The carpets lifted in some places and I worried that they would not flatten out. I was afraid I would have to hire a carpet installer to repair them but the next day after the carpets and underpad had dried, not only did they lay flat but they looked perfectly new.
