    Electrical inspection

    Bryan Verhulp of Ring Electric came to assess the results of a home inspection that required that the wiring to the garage be changed. Mr. Verhulp quickly determined that indeed the wiring was correct, even though he could have inflated the job and replaced the wiring needlessly and at great cost. I was impressed by his honesty and the fact he would not do a job that was unnecessary.

    Electrical Work

    I had a number of requirements for Bryan and his team. I needed existing lights replaced, added a outside electrical plug, a new plug for my washer to be relocated and replaced my old fuse panel with a new, labelled breaker box. They are all skilled in their trade, work efficiently as a team and left the work site immaculate. I am planning to have some renovations done in the New Year and will definitely have Bryan and his team back!

    New Circuit & Fault Finding

    Needed a new basement circuit for entertainment centre as well as bringing existing wiring up to code and some faults rectified. Excellent response from Bryan - quick reply and only a couple of days to initial inspection and quotation for work. He picked up two issues on the main distribution board that were included in the work. Work started on the date/time promised by Bryan and his team (Marty and Derek) did an excellent job. They were very professional and personable - great ambassadors for the company. Everything was completed, and cleaned up, in a couple of hours. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend RingElectric - outsanding service.

    Electrical LED lighting install

    Ring Electric installed ceiling LED lighting in our living room, master bedroom, closet and added new remote switches to lights and ceiling fan. The whole experience in dealing with Bryan from quote to install is professional, honest and overall positive. Phil and his team of installers on the day-of were clean, courteous and very amenable to our feedback on how we wanted our lighting positioned. They were even able to accommodate a request to add a timer switch which was impressive, just a fantastic group of professionals and decent guys. We're repeat clients of Ring Electric and have friends who have also used them and we cannot recommend Bryan and his team's work enough!

    Home Rewiring and LED Recessed Lighting Installation

    We have nothing but good things to say about Ring Electric. Bryan runs an excellent business and truly cares about his clients and the work provided. We ended up rewiring our house and installing recessed LED lights in several rooms. Bryan took the time to explain the scope of work and answer all of our questions. The process was done rapidly and properly. All of the members of the Ring team are professional, courteous and nice to work with. Expect workers to show up on time and Bryan to check daily on the work and make sure everything is OK with the homeowner. We did obtain other quotes and Ring’s pricing was very fair, especially when you consider the quality of the service provided. Bryan also offers an excellent guarantee for his work and has not hesitated to come back to fix minor deficiencies. We highly recommend Ring Electric. This one of the best contractors we have had the opportunity to work with. You really can’t go wrong. NOTE: I asked Homestars to remove my review of Ring Electric from Feb 8th 2014 so that an edit could be made in this company's response to my review. I am re-posting the review which pertains to work completed in January 2014. One and a half years from when the work has been completed, we still feel this is one of the best companies we have dealt with.

    Replacing knob and tube, re-wiring kitchen

    Outstanding. Bryan is almost always available on his cell, is fast and precise with answers, his workers arrive on time, are polite, always take initative to do things right and clean up after themselves.

    Electric

    I recently contacted Ring Electric to install two ceiling lights – true – a very small job but one I was unable to take on. Phil and Wade were on time and got to work. In a very short period of time, they had the lights installed and then cleaned up – leaving the room in better shape than before they arrived. You are very friendly and accommodating, thanks guys, I would recommend you to anyone.

    Basement wiring

    Bryan was doing some work at my son's place and I asked him for a quick quote. He sent the Blue Crew who arrived at 7:30 sharp, as promised and completed the work in a couple of hours. Very polite and professional, gave good advice and left work are spotless. Highly recommended.

    Electrical odd jobs

    Bryan and his crew restored our faith in decent tradesmen. We had two electricians in to do work prior to Ring Electric and were disappointed with both. Bryan came in and got right to work, diagnosed the problems we were having in less than an hour and the next day a crew came in and fixed them in no time at all. So happy with this company. Honest and reasonably priced!!! We will be getting them back for more work in the near future.
