    Electrical Panel and Service Meter Replacement; Installation of Electrical Car Charging Outlet

    The office responded quickly with a professional quote and replied to all of our questions. The quote was then updated to suit Hydro Ottawa's requirements and circumstances. All of our questions were answered in a timely manner. The work proceeded on the planned date and was efficiently and properly done. The job was completed ahead of schedule. The workers were skilled but also thoughtful and polite, and respected our property. We would definitely hire this company and again and recommend it to our friends.

    Home electrical (small jobs)

    This company was recommended to me. I am extremely pleased! Very professional every step of the process. Excellent people to deal with and excellent work all around. Pricing is typical from what I see. Felt very comfortable with them and trust them with everything. More work to come!

    Electrical panel replacement and service upgrade

    Easy company to work with, they took the time to answer all my questions and understand my wants and needs and present a reasonable quote. The crew of 4 arrived on time and with everything they needed to minimize my down time including a generator to run my sump pump since we were in the middle of an extended heavy rain system. The crew worked well together, answered my repeated questions patiently and made sure their apprentices got hands on experience under the journymans watch rather than just using them for labor. I would hire this company again in a second.

    Efficient Professional and reasonably priced

    Wanted to have installed an outdoor 240V outlet for charging our electric vehicle. Also had a house surge protector installed. Two electricians arrived at the designated time and quickly and efficient carried out the job. Very pleased with the work!!!

    Condo rewire.

    Had Ring electric in to relocate several plugs for a condo reno and kitchen replacement. Despite running into several issues during the process (expected in a 30+ year old building) they came up with effective and innovative solutions and finished the project ahead of time. Really appreciate their hard work and how knowledgeable their lead electrician Brian is.

    The team came in to replace my electric panel as well as other work.

    The team worked efficiently and effectively. Always had the customer in mind. I was very pleased with their work - and cleanup! Will definitely hire through this firm again.

    EV charger installation

    I've used Ring electric for other jobs and they have always been prompt, punctual, skilled and professional. Their prices are reasonable. This is why I continue to call them when I need something electrical done.

    Electrical panel and electrical mast replacement

    I have been a customer of Ring Electric for more than 10 years. As always, the work was done in an efficient manner and with close attention to detail. The crew went above and beyond to ensure the new mast was attached in a very stable manner to the exterior of the house. The new panel is a much needed improvement. I always recommend Ring to any person who needs electrical work--and every person who has reached out to them has reported back to me they are very impressed and satisfied with their work. I highly recommend this company. They pay attention to detail, the quality of work is excellent, the crew is always friendly and respectful. They also leave the job site clean and tidy.     Panel replacement and service upgrade, car charger, generlink, heater install

    I requested a quote from Ring Electric. Derrick came by and walked through all my requests with me very thoroughly to help figure out how to best address my wants. I received the quote shortly after and was happy with the detail. Throughout Ashley was great at responding to my requests for changes and scheduling with the utility company. The crew was on site for a day and a half and were prompt, courteous, and clean. I felt they really went above and beyond with helping to map out the panel when they were done. I had my service upgraded from 100A to 200A, a heater installed in my bathroom, a car charger plug installed, and a generlink unit installed. Throughout it all I was very impressed with how capable and efficient the team was. They also made sure to caulk up any holes and penetrations needed to run wires and took the time to explain the new panel and generlink units. Overall I felt that Ring Electric really takes pride in their work.
