We needed to upgrade our house electrical service to 200 amps as part of our home net zero plan. Bryan coordinated our service upgrade with the utility company and his crew was timely, professional and did a great job. We have used Bryan and his team on several jobs and have always been very satisfied.

3rd time I have used Ring Electric and have been 100% satisfied every time. This work was to install an Electric Vehicle charger and work was done on time and with courtesy and with excellent communication throughout.

We had 4 rooms that needed a main light as well as isolating the plug by each door. They put a new plug in the kitchen and under the cupboard lighting. Downstairs they put in 4 plugs as well they changed 3 light fixtures. They also put a new plug outside and a surge protector below the panel. Taylor, Devon and Curtis did a great job, and were accommodating and provided good suggestions.

The second time we have had Ring Electric doing work for us. Good communication and scheduling. Work well done. Would recommend.

Our original electrical panel from 1976 had been steadily dying. Pieces of breakers were crumbling off at a steady pace and had become a high risk fire concern. We decided the panel needed an upgrade and searched for quotes. We contacted 3 businesses and Ring Electric was the only one of the 3 who setup a free inspection date. The others preferred to only communicate through email. When Bryan showed up he was quick, efficient, answered all questions and sent a professional quote that same evening. Bryan had also contacted hydro to stop by and check our meter the see if there would be any additional costs over his initial quote. We had several email communications following prior to our install date and each were quick responses. On our install date, 3 electricians showed us on time and ready to work. A new copper wire had to be run from my meter to my water pipe which meant a hole in the ceiling of my finished basement. They left the cutout for me to patch after they left. The electricians that came were very professional and fun to be around. I enjoy learning new things and asked if I could watch. They had no problems with this and happily answered every single question I had as they went. At the end of the install, they went around the house checking and labelling the breakers, ensuring every outlet and switch was fully operational. Not only did they do a fantastic, quick and professional install, but were also all around nice people. The kind of people you would hang around with. You don't find that very often. It was refreshing to say the least. We received our invoice and Certificate of Acceptance that same evening with no surprising additional costs. Not only do I recommend Ring Electric, but will continue to reach out to them for any and all future electrical issues I may have. We are happy to finally be able to use our dryer and run multiple appliances at the same time without blowing a breaker. Our appliances are running at peak performance and even notice a major difference in our home heating. I've attached a photo of before and after the install. Though there wasn't much service length with the wires, they did their best to ensure they were clean and organized. Thank you Ring Electric for ensuring a safe and functional home environment! You and your employees went over and above any expectations we had!

On time and excellent service. Final cost of the work was as quoted. Service crew was courteous, polite and friendly. Would recommend this company for your electrical service needs.

Water got into an outdoor outlet that hadnt been properly sealed and it shorted out. The electricians came at the time promised and quickly replaced and sealed the new outlet. They were both pleasant and double-checked their work before leaving.

Great work by the guys at Ring, friendly providing important feedback on placement of potlights and will definitely have back in the future for more electrical work.

The charger was $779.69 over and above Ring electrics costs. Ring staff were very professional. Supportive and it was a pleasure working with them. I am disappointed that the smart Indoor outdoor Charging Station had to be installed upside down
