    repair of broken garage door opener

    Door doctor replaced a very old motor and wiring system in one of our garage bays. They arrived on time, worked efficiently and competently ,and Kurtis, who did the job ,was pleasant and helpful with instructions. He even lubricated our other doors and suggested how to better maintain them. The bill came in under the estimate--always a pleasant turn- and we are very satisfied with theservice.

    Double garage door replacement

    Called on a Monay to get an estimate on replacing a 17 yr old double garage door that had broken yet again (4th time or so in the past few years). Peter came out the next day on tuesday, explained the options and gave a quote on teh spot. We sort of knew what we wanted and selcted an option, which he was able to locate in Kingston (manufacturer in PQ and closed for 2 week summer break). Then to our surprise he was able to arrange for instllation the next day (Wednesday)! The instllation went as planned, very professional staff (Kyle and Scott) went to work and had the door replaced within a couple of hours. We recommend Door Doctor both for installations which was just done and repairs as the have been out several times in the winter months to repair an aging door.

    garage door repair

    Two springs had broken on the garage door making it nearly impossible to open the garage. The rapid response and excellent service by Door Doctor was impressive and appreciated. Cal Vandergeest

    Repair of garage door

    Kurtis Barleau, the technician, was very professional, very thorough, and pleasant. He checked the entire installation over during the repair, and gave me pointers on good maintenance procedures for the doors.

    Garage door repair

    Experienced a sudden and inconvenient garage door malfunction. It took only one short call. Prompt response and service. Great advice and resolution of the issue. Considering the overall experience, a wonderful price.

    Installation of new door springs for double garage door

    We have used Door Doctor for a number of years. This service call provided the same excellent service we have always received. Kurtis, the installer, was punctual, knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. We have no hesitation in recommending this firm.

    Garage door opener malfunctioning

    Because they've fixed problems for us before, we called the Door Doctor for this problem, as well. They showed up when they were supposed to, did a quick and clean job, provided some tips to help us, and were pleasant through the whole process. Kurtis and his partner (name unknown) did a great job!

    warranty repair

    Door Doctor installed our new insulated garage door seven years ago - a great product at a great price. This year, we noticed the lowermost panel of the door was getting a lot of rust. Called Door Doctor, and they said send us photos of the problem and we'll get back to you. Within a few days, they did, and two weeks later a technician was here to install a replacement panel. No charge for the new panel, and less than $100 for the labour. I was very impresswed with the no-hassle nature of the warranty (from the Garaga factory) and the "how can we make this right for you" attitude from the people at Door Doctor.

    Garage door replacement

    My rusty old garage door kicked the bucket. From bad past experiences, I knew this wasn't a do it yourself job. I wanted a professional with reasonable prices and a great reputation. Going through the yellow pages, I found The Door Doctor and asked for an estimate. Well, not only did Bill call me back in no time, his professionalism, expert advice, a prompt house call, excellent high quality product selection, etc, we knew we were in good hands. The technicians who installed the new door, Kyle and Scott, were professional, polite, knowledgable, and very efficient. Everything was done in a very short time period. Wow. I'm impressed. I'm very happy with my new door, it looks great and runs very smoothly. Thank you Door Doctor!

    Garage door repair

    Our 20-some year old garage door became misaligned and, consequently, wasn't operating properly. I phoned Door Doctor and was greeted with a very pleasant receptionist who was able to schedule someone to stop by right the next day. The Door Doctor quickly zeroed in on what the problem was and was able to get hold of the necessary parts later that same day, returning the next morning to make the repairs. Our door has been working flawlessly since then, so without doubt they got the diagnosis and treatment right!
