This was an excellent buying experience. Sandip went through all the options for a new furnace, A/C & humidifier. Installation crew went above & beyond. I went with an Amana HVAC system.

My furnace was 21 years old and was looking to change it as I did not want to go through a winter wondering what if. I started looking at options and got some quotes. My dad then recommended Sandip and Furnace King, as he just got his changed by them in November of 2019. He was very happy with them so I gave them a call. Sandip was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. After discussing needs and going back and forth on options, I decided to give them the job. It was done professionally and quickly. Very well explained after the fact and I am pleased so far with their response time. Highly recommend Furnace King and particularly Sandip for working real hard to get my business.

Excellent professional installation. Installation took place exactly as expected and was on time. AC was used throughout summer and it worked flawlessly! Sales Representative Sandip Banerjee provided excellent end to end customer service. He is very responsive and has great product knowledge. I contracted with this company through Home Depot Canada and I highly recommend their services.

When it came to installing a new Trane Furnace and AC system almost five years ago I turned to no one else but Furnace King. So when I decided to install a new Rinnai Tankless Water Heater it was one of the easiest decisions I had to make. I simply turned to no one other than Mr. Sandip Banerjee, Sales Director, Furnace King who took care of the removal of my old 60 gallon Water Heater and its delivery to my old Service Provider. This was a no brainer. I turn to people that I trust and in this case it was Furnace King and Mr. Sandip Banerjee. A company with a proven track record of service and people committed to provide service excellence, honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend Furnace King.

We had our A/C replaced recently with Furnace King. We requested an estimate and our questions were all answered and the follow-up before and after installation was great. Installation was great and the installers were very professional. We felt comfortable with the whole process. We do our regular maintenance with Furnace King and have had a very good experience with the technicians. When it came time to replace our A/C they were the first company we called because of our good experience with them.

Very punctual and thorough on the installation.Replaced all necessary parts including new ac condenser brackets attached to the house. Clean install and explained how system works and maintenance required. very pleased and will recommend to friends and neighbors as they are also due for replacements.

We needed to replace both our furnace and ac and went through the process of meeting with different suppliers to gets quotes and learn about the products they offer. We started with the typical company that pushed the rental option but after doing our own math we realized that we would be paying significantly more in the long run. I was also not impressed with the products being offered. We reached out to Furnace King after getting a referal from our neighbour who raved about them. Sandip responded to us immediately and was out the same week to walk us through the process, discuss costs and review the products offered. Right away I was impressed with his approach and honesty. I like the idea of having the best models and I had asked Sandip why he quoted a lower model and asked him to quote the model up. He advised that he would but that the model he recommended was perfect for our needs and would be a major improvement over what we had. He said I I needed that higher model I could pay more money and get the same results if I wanted. I stayed with his original recommendation :) We signed with Sandip on the spot and had an installation a week later. The install was amazing with the installers being professinal and polite. Their work was excellent and the head installer took 30 minutes to walk me through everything. Super thorough. The new AC unit works amazing and so much better than the model it replaced. I noticed some air leakage coming from the furnace a few days later and I called Sandip. He immediately arranged to have someone come out to resolve the issue. We are so happy we went with Furnance King !

On July 23, 2020 we had our new Trane AC/Furnace installed. Furnace Kings were recommended by our neighbour as they were very impressed with the product and services. The Technicians were wonderful (Jason, Brian & Conrad) they were polite, knowledgeable and friendly. They were super tidy (cleaned up after all the work was done) and showed us how to use the new systems. We are very happy with the service and with the systems thus far, we are esp happy that for the next 10 years we have peace of mind with the full warranty of parts and labour!! We would also like to mention our sales rep Sandip, we now are educated on HVACs systems thanks to his patience!
