Our AC recently broke down beyond repair and furnace was very old and inefficient. We signed up for a quote online on Home Depot website and was contacted by Furnace King. The lady who set up the appointment for an estimate was very pleasant to talk to. At the appointment Sandip the rep came by to give an estimate. He has been doing this for many years and gave us quality brand furnace and AC for a reasonable price. Following that the installers Joe and Lundy came and did the installation. They were very professional and answered all our questions. They even accommodated us by installing the humidifier in a spot that was out of the way even though it was inconvenient for them. The installation took a full day for both furnace and AC. Right after the installation Sandip called and emailed for follow ups. I mentioned that the 2nd floor was not quite as cool (a common problem) as the main floor. He immediately arranged for Brian to drop in and do some fine tuning and offer advice on possible solutions. Overall happy with the great service and prices.

Thank you to the whole team at Furnace King for installing our new furnace, AC and water heater. We have used Furnace King for years to do maintenance on our existing equipment and haven't had any complaints - one time when the water heater broke they went above and beyond to help us find the parts so we could avoid the expense of replacing it. Then this year when our furnace broke down, they were excellent in getting someone out quickly to look at it and they presented us with several options on how to approach things so we could choose what best suited our finances and needs. In the end we decided to replace it and also to upgrade our other equipment since they were near their end-of-life window as well. I always appreciate that Furnace King gives several options and points out ways to help you save money, plus they always have given us excellent service on all fronts (office, sales, technicians).

On a recent hot evening night around 12am, as I went to the basement, I noticed water on the floor near my furnace. Looking further into it, I guessed that my AC (original) was likely the issue. I immediately sent a message to Sandeep about the issue and he instantly responded and got his on-call support person to look into it, I then received a call within 15mins later from the support person and he gave me some instruction to check around the AC unit above the furnace then instructed me to turn off the AC for now and to call Furnace King in the morning to schedule someone to come and look at the issue. In the morning, without me even calling, I received a call from Furnace King on the issue and scheduled someone to come to my house but there would be a fee. That same day, Brian came and I explained the issue, within 2 mins, he examined my AC and furnace and he went directly to the drain AC pipe and check for the drain connector and he showed me that it was ALL clogged and that was why the water couldn't get out and that the plate under the AC was getting filled up. He cleared it, re-connected the draining pipe, he recommended to let the fan on to dry the water from the plate first then turn on the AC. After I did that, the water was all dried up and the excess cooling AC water was now draining through the pipe. It's been almost a week and no water leaks!! To finish the experience, I asked Brian how much it will cost and he told me that there is no cost. I knew Brian came out of his way from another installation, well, if this is not what I called GREAT service, I don't know what will. Thank you Sandeep, Brian, and the support team at Furnace King!! Great experience with Furnace King. We replaced our Furnace, A/C and water heater. Sandip was very organized, knowledgeable and detail oriented about the products on offer. He took time explaining the entire process from start to finish answered our questions and made us feel relaxed and at ease with the purchase and installation. The installation team were professional, efficient and polite and also did a good job cleaning up the basement after the installation was complete. We are very happy with the work and service and highly recommend Furnace King for any HVAC requirements.

I had changed my Furnace with them a couple of years ago, and I was very happy with the service I received; Sandip is a very knowledgeable man and he really helped me with the furnace at that time. This year I need to replace my AC because it broke from last summer and I call Sandip and told him that I didn't want to shop around and that I wanted to get my work done with Furnace King because I know that their work is really good and that the company is really good. He gave me a great deal and he sent 2 guys that were really good but also very clean and professional in their work, they knew everything that needed to be done. I will always recommend them because even after the work is done you can have peace of mind that if something is not working properly they will come back and fix it.

Great experience, I had 3 quotes and all were competitive from big companies (Homestars asked me to remove the names: ) not allowed). My plan and decision was already made to go with another company, and meeting with the Sales Rep. was just like a respecting the appointment I got, but after meeting with Sandeep who was very knowledgeable and straight forward too, as he knew that I did my homework and had all the necessary info to purchase the items, he was honest, and made me change my mind and close the deal with them on the same date of his visit. Sandip was the most informative person to come give me a quote and it didn’t stop there ! He had his great team coming fast and efficiently and even though we installed the furnace in the winter and had a scheduled day for the ac he graciously moved the date forward knowing i have to small children and it was 30 degrees outside. Sandip and his team provided excellent service, professional yet honest recommendations. The first appointment to the replacement was done within a week. Sandip also told us about a provincial energy program and helped us to get a discount for the energy efficient furnace and AC replacements. Very satisfied by the overall experience.
