    Hvac

    Furnace King likely to have the most reliable service out there. I'm sure there are other good companies but our experience was with the company named above. They're sales rep is very knowledgeable and always available to answer calls. They have a call centre with an agent(s) ready to answer emergencies at any time. These folks are guaranteed to take care of you. The only thing I can say that may keep people away is that they are not cheap. Their price, however, matches the level of service. Top dollar for an A+ result. If you you don't feel like rolling the dice, call Furnace King!

    Furnace & Tankless

    My tankless water heater is 12 years old and my furnace was 17 years old and both are intermittently working. Upon reviewing online on financing my equipment, Furnace King called me when I click on a link regarding tankless water heater. He provided me a quick quote and was able to come to my house to evaluate our situation. Upon both of us agreed on the work done, installation schedule was done immediately. Thank you for the help and for the installation. Now both equipment are providing comfort in heating and hot water supply that meets our demands.

    Furnace and Air Conditioner

    Our furnace needed service. I called Furnace King and they sent an HVAC technician over. The explanation about our needs in the house were clear...we needed a new furnace and air conditioner. The very next day both furnace and air conditioner were installed. Here are the important pieces that made all of the difference: - amazing customer service on the phone (from the very first person that I spoke to arrange a service call with to the next customer service agent who arranged a quote for both services) - the technician that serviced our Furnace was outstanding! - the sales person who worked with my wife an I on purchasing the "right" equipment for our house - arranging the energy auditor who worked with us to get the best energy rebates for the house - and once again the technician who installed the new furnace and air conditioner All in all, his was such a positive experience. Highly recommend!

    Furnace and water tank replacement

    Our furnace died in the middle of winter and within 24 hours Furnace King came, gave us a VERY reasonable quote, and replaced it. Sandip was very thorough in explaining the different types of furnaces we could purchase and which one would give us the most bang for our buck. He also explained how to maintain our furnace. The installers, Joe and Junior did an excellent job! We are extremely satisfied with the whole experience.

    Furnace and Air Conditioner

    After doing my homework, deciding to replace a 24 year old furnace and AC, three quotes and talking with a relative who just upgraded “furnaceking” came out the top. An independent good reviewed product (Consumers Report), a knowledgeable technical salesman (Sandip) closed the deal. Other vendors had the same opportunity to get the business but their prices were way too high and the other was very competitive, but after sales support was the closer. Sandip advised me on rebates available from gas company and government if I did other upgrades within a time period through an energy audit, to enhance furnace and AC install. This also led to other discovery of rebates for a smart thermostat of $75 (which I was not going to do initially). The delivery and installation was smooth, in by 9am out by 2PM for the furnace, the AC is delivered, will be fully installed in April. A clean basement helps the installation process. A clean installation by the installers, so no rough edges, protrusions of gas lines and discharge pipes as before. Something one can take pride in showing off. Installed just one day before a very cold day, proved the new furnace was worth it and hoping worry free for next 24 years.

    Furnace replacememt

    Routine furnace maintenance found holes in the heat exchanger. Technician cut off gas at 8pm on a January night, so we had to replace the furnace immediately. Called a friend who had recently replaced his furnace (and had time to comparison shop) and got recommendation for Furnace King. Texted Sandip at 10:30pm and he called me right away. He came for a meeting/ inspection at 1pm the next day, and the new furnace went in at 9am the following day (36 hrs after our gas was cut off). Sandip was very professional & helpful. I didn't feel that he was taking advantage of our desperate situation at all. He has called/ emailed several time since to make sure we are happy with the furnace. We are! It has evened out the temperature zones between floors and made the basement much warmer. I would highly recommend Furnace King & Sandip.

    Replacement of Furnace and Air conditioner

    My previous furnace was condemned due to rusting and I was required to replace it. I contacted Furnace King and spoke with Sandip. He visited and provided a quote. He explained the pros and cons of various Furnaces and A/Cs. We had some very informative discussions regarding our requirements and the models recommended and made our selection. The technicians visited on the appointed day. Did the installation and provided me with instructions as to what to do in case of a problem. Sandip also suggested doing a home audit and provided the name of the company to do the audit. The audit having been done, we followed the suggestions of the auditor. The result was we received a rebate of $ 1400.00. Thanks a lot Sandip. Beginning with Sandip, all the personnel that came over to do the job were very good and courteous.

    New furnace installation

    Excellent service, Sandeep really helped me to choose the right product with his thorough knowledge of the subject and installation team Jaison and Dave were experts and did commentable job, have to really appreciate them for their dedication and skill.     New Furance
