    Excellent services!!

    Replaced our old heating and cooling systems from furnace king. Sandip was amazing, explained in detail about various models of furnace and AC and helped us to finalize the best one. Installation team was very good and their work was perfect! Thank you Sandip and team for all your help.

    Replaced furnace, AC, and put in a tankless water heater

    Sandip was very accommodating, working with me to get the right package that worked best for me. I had the work done at the beginning of Oct 2019, but waited until now to post my review, as I wanted to ensure I got the rebates from Enercare that Sandip helped me to claim, and to see that everything would work well for a couple of months. I am very pleased with the work that was done (everything as completed in one full day), and with the equipment that was installed, as I have had no issues. Fully recommend them.

    Best after sales service

    Sandip has been one of the most genuine people i have come across. He not only helped me out with furnance and AC in giving me a good deal, he followed up constantly and offer outstanding service. Additionally, he send in one of his best HVAC experts Brian, who helped me out with my fireplace. I would definately recommend Sandip.

    Project Well Done - start to finish!

    After discovering our old furnace and air conditioner needed immediate replacing, we contacted Furnace King on referral from a family member who had used their services. Within hours, we had a project contract and in less than 24 hours, a new furnace was excellently installed. The air conditioner was installed a few days later. Technicians were courteous, conscientious and took their time to explain what they were doing. Their workspace was left spotless and said we could call them at anytime with any questions or concerns. Sandip and his team provide excellent customer service and we would highly recommend the Furnace King team.

    Furnace King is a really good choice!

    After receiving and reviewing several proposals from the Furnace and Air conditioning companies we finally settled on Furnace King. What stood out from the outset was the depth of knowledge and the service passion of the company representative Sandip. He patiently listened to our needs and clearly explained the product(s) tailored to those needs. We felt reassured with his prompt follow up on our calls/texts and answers to our questions and gave his company the business. The installation has gone smoothly on schedule. Now we are enjoying the warmth from our new furnace and come summer cool air from our A/C.

    Replace Furnace and AC

    Remove furnace and AC and replace with HE versions as well as upgrade piping to meet code. Minimize interruption and drywall repair. Work was completed professionally, on-time and on budget with exceptional customer service and timely follow up and flexibility. Sandip and his team have a very high work ethic and made the experience positive. He guided us effectively through the rebate process which was also completed and refunded promptly. THANK YOU FURNACE KING!!

    New furnace

    I am glad I went with furnace king to install my new furnace. Out of 4 companies to choose from, furnace king was the one that stood out. They are the only company that informed me about the energy rebate and who worked with me in getting a great furnace at a good cost. Sandeep the sales consultant is great and really knows his furnaces. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

    Excellent servicve by Representative Sandip Banerjee and Installers

    We found all people involved in recommending furnace & AC very professional, courteous and were prompt in responding to our questions. Sandip took the time to explain which units we should get and why (he was honest and sincere). He was also very prompt in responding to our queries by phone, text etc. He also assisted our friend who was having difficulty obtaining services, even though he had not purchased his unit through Sandip. This demonstrates his willingness to help even if he was not involved in selling of it. Installers came on time and completed all installation properly. After installing it they explained how everything works. We are very satisfied with all aspects of getting new Furnace & AC and recommend this company and staff without any hesitation

    Great Service Start to Finish

    From the initial consult to the full install Furnace king provided very great customer service and quality work. Sandip came to our house and explained everything from how the HVAC system works to what system would best meet our needs. He answered all questions and explained his reasoning for his answers. We recieved 4 other quotes and Furnace King was very competitive across the board. We went with a Trane SV92 two level heat and multi speed fan along with a Trane XR16 AC unit. Overall very happy with the furnace; it is a bit louder than we expected but I believe that more has to do with the construction of our house vs the unit itself. The Trane XR16 AC unit is ridicuously quiet and you can barely tell its on besides the cool air coming into the house. Sandip arranged out eco audit and explained what to expect and how much in rebates we would get and what kind of timeline to expect as well. Eco audit went through without any issues. Installation was led by Joe who was very pleasant with my animals (Cat and dog) and very nice to all my family members. They laid down red mats to protect all the areas they were working in. Installation was done all in one long day 9 am to about 530 pm but very thorough and clean job done. All new return and outflow main sheet metal was done. Area was clean and tidy. At the end Joe showed us how everything works and gave us a few tips and things to look for. Overall very happy with the service and value we received from Sandip, Joe and Furnace King. Look forward to contacting them for our maintenance and would recommend to friends and family

    Replacement of Furnace and AC unit for my Home

    Last month I was faced with failure of my furnace fan and AC system and the system being over 20 years old (near the end of it expected life cycle) I decided to replace it rather than repair it. I decided to get competitive prices from companies dealing with Trane, Carrier and Lennox, probably the three best products on the market and I openly informed all contractors that I was getting three bids. Sandip of Furnace King came to the house and immediately demonstrated to be knowledgeable and professional. He quickly established what equipment would best suit my needs and quickly proceeded to give me an estimate. Sandip professionalism (not pushy at all) gave me a sense that I could trust doing business with his company. I must add that one of the two other companies was extremely unprofessional, interested only in pushing me to sign with them without seeking competitive bids. Sandip arranged for the installation to be done few days later. Their team of three arrived at the house at mid morning, as arranged, and they were complete by mid afternoon. The installation proceeded with minimum disturbance, all were very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They listened to our concerns and left all the areas they had been working on spotless. I have no hesitation recommending Sandip and Furnace King.
