    Furnace & AC Installation

    Hi Sandip. We are very happy with the new furnace and A/C. It was an easy process and I learned a lot about how the system works. I appreciate you taking the time to explain the different types of furnaces and A/C units. What ultimately sold me was the 10 year parts and labor warranty and the 3 degree temperature guarantee from the warmest to the coldest spot anywhere in the house. Plus I felt the price was quite competitive. The installation went very well. Mike was professional, courteous and did a great job with no mess. We are very happy with the new system and would recommend Furnace King to friends and family. A very happy customer,

    Furnace/AC

    Furnace and AC purchased and installed. Professional, friendly service all the way from the sales call to installation and service. Competitive pricing, on time, no hassle, no pressure, top notch inside out. Thanks guys. So far, highly recommended.

    furnace cleaning

    Technician cleaned furnace on oct 30,2014, He said that there was an oil leak that i never found. My furnace was checked with 2 other contractors that said that there is no oil leak. One of them said that my furnace will last at least 10 more years

    Hi Luis, sorry for the delayed response. We had to look in our archives to get the technician's notes as this service call occurred close to a year ago. After reviewing your file, we see that our technician came to your home to do a 21 point maintenance and inspection on your furnace. When doing this maintenance, he found a small oil leak from your furnace motor and brought to your attention that it may give you a problem in the future. Our policy is to have our technicians inform our customers of all potential issues even if they are minor, as I'm sure any customer would be upset if their furnace failed after having a maintenance and inspection performed. He provided a quote for you so that if the motor should fail in the future you are already aware of the cost. This is to save time if your furnace fails and needs the repair. I'm sorry for any misunderstanding, but we do feel we should inform our customers of all potential problems their furnace may have when performing an inspection so they can make informed decisions in the future. We do leave it up to the customer's discretion whether they would prefer to be proactive and perform the repair, or wait and keep the information on file for their personal reference.     Air Conditioner Installation

    Hi Sandip, It was my pleasure to work with you and your company Furnace King for upgrading the air conditioning for my house. I asked you to do the installation based on my previous experience with you in upgrading the furnace 3 years back. I really appreciate that you have offered 10 years labor and parts warranty along with 1 service each for air conditioner and furnace. Thank you for that. Regarding the installation, I found the installation to be great and installers have cleaned everything before leaving the premises. I have seen noticeable difference in home climate after the upgrade. Overall, I like the service provided by you and Furnace King to be outstanding and I will certainly recommend you to other people and certainly come back to you again in future. Thank you.

    Furnace, AC, and Humidifier Installation

    Hi Sandip, Your knowledgeable ,patient and conscientious approach in outlining our heating & air condition options is much appreciated. Mike & John arrived last Thursday on schedule and both capably and efficiently removed the old equipment and installed the new furnace and air conditioner leaving everything clean and tidy. Over the past three days since the new furnace and A/C were installed, we have experienced hot & cool weather. So far , both units have operated quietly & effectively.

    Furnace Installation

    We were very happy with all the information you provided us on the initial visit and for your patience with our 3 year old son who was excited and in a playful mood. The installation went very well. Mike did an excellent job communicating everything with my father who was there and also called me directly at work to confirm all the information. They were able to set it up so that our A/C and Furnace are all on the same thermostat which is great, we were super happy about that! Both your customer service as well as Mike's was wonderful and gave us peace of mind. Thank you again!
