    Furnace Installation

    I am writing to you to let you know that we are very pleased with our recent purchase of the Trane XV95 furnace installed by Furnace King (installed Sep 30). The air quality and the temperature consistency throughout the house is much improved and the furnace has performed as you promised. Your team (Mike and his assistant) did an excellent job of removing the old furnace and installing the new one. Sandip, you did a great job of explaining exactly what we were buying and the differences between each type of furnace. Purchasing a new furnace is a big investment and you took the time to explain the product differences and why Furnace King was a great company to do business with. I am impressed with the service and quality Furnace King has delivered to me and remain confident that I made the right purchase decision.

    Furnace Installation

    From the first informational appointment on furnace, air conditioning and tankless hot water heater options for our 1891 free-standing Victorian brick house on October 28, 2014 through the first and second work days October 30, 2014 and Monday November 3, 2014 all the employees of Furnance King were professional, courteous, well-informed, pleasant, neat, punctual and VERY GOOD AT THEIR JOBS! We are very pleased with the results in every way, and look forward to lower gas and electrical bills. We wish you Sandip, who first told us about our HVAC options and coordinated the timing of the installation, and Mike who did the installation with his helpers Joe, James and Johnny all the best. May you all have a winter that is not too cold for you as you're working to make other people's homes warmer.

    Furnace & AC Installation

    Hi, Sandip, Sorry for the late reply. Many thanks to you and your installation crew (Mike, John and another young man - I didn't catch his name) for making the experience of purchasing a new furnace and air conditioner, followed by the installation, seamless from start to finish. Glenn & I would like to send a recommendation letter for you and your excellent crew. We appreciated all the advice we received, and Mike explained the operation of our new equipment, answering all of our questions. Once again, thanks from both of us for a job very well done.

    New Furnace

    Prior to making a decision on which furnace I would purchase I completed a thorough review on the web to learn about the important features required for a furnace and reviewed a number of furnace brand ratings. I also checked with Home Stars for ratings on installers. My comments on dealing with Furnace king are summed up in this letter to them:Hi Sandip, Thank you so much for your very professional help and guidance during my search for a new furnace for our home.You provided excellent guidance and knowledge of heating and cooling systems and were able to answer all my questions giving me confidence on my selection of a Trane furnace. You were also an excellent representative of both Furnace King and Home Depot. Your pricing was very competitive and your focus on after sales service was very evident. I was extremely pleased to discover that your Furnace King installer shared your strong consumer focus. Mike was one of the best service people I have encountered. He was pleasant and efficient getting all the work done on time. He and his helper were also very good at cleaning up and left no mess. His commitment to excellence was very evident when he decided to work all day Saturday just to get our system running before the temperature dropped. I would recommend you, Mike and Furnace King to all perspective customers. I will also be posting to Home Stars and providing Furnace King with a 5 star rating.Thanks again for your help.     New Furnace and A/C

    Very professional company. A pleasure to deal with people who act professionally: the the office staff , the salesman and the installers are all a credit to the Company. Sandip, the salesman is a professional and a gentleman in his dealings. Mike and John, the installers, could not have done a better job. Very neat installation. They treated our home as if it were their own. Tying all together is an office staff that contacts the customer at the crucial stages. We highly recommend this Company.

    Furnace & AC Installation

    Hi Sandip,Thanks for taking the time to provide formation about gas furnace and central air conditioner. The information was very helpful for me to make decision on selecting which brand and model of gas furnace and air conditioner for replacing my 25 years old units.     replacing our 30 year old furnace

    Sandip came in and explained from top to bottom how our furnace and AC system works, which NO one else did. All other sales guys tried to upsell and they told us we didnt need all those extras. These guys explained EXACTLY how much we would be saving on our bill and negotiated a good deal for us. His guys came 2 days later to install and were super great! The guarantees and warranties are fabulous, they gave us exactly what they promised and i couldnt believe the difference a new furnace made to the dust control, the overall circulation of air and the efficency of the two stage variable DC furnace. We choose to upgrade to the NEST thermostat which further monitors energy efficiency and can tell if we are are home and how to manage the heating and cooling systems. Overall, awesome service.

    Furnace & Air Conditioner Installation

    Dear Sandip, We are very happy with the installation of the Trane AC and the furnace. The installation team under Mike's guidance worked efficiently and professionally. We are happy that we made the decision to go with your company after your presentation and the description of the product and the promise of unconditional guarantee of parts and labour for ten years. We were impressed by your knowledge of the various products available in the market and their comparative merits. This helped us in a great way to make our decision in purchasing the appropriate models of Trane best suited for our requirement.     Air Conditioner Installation

    Sandip, It was a great pleasure meeting you and doing business with you/your company. We liked your approach to the business. You are very knowledgeable and explained to us everything we needed to know to make a decision. The installation people were very good and installed everything very quickly and efficiently.     Furnace, AC, and Tankless Water Heater Installation

    Hello Sandip, I am so happy to have met you and done business with you. You are very knowledgeable, professional, and you were extremely thorough in explaining the HVAC system to me and answering any questions I had. The purchase of a complete HVAC system is a major investment, and after sitting down with you and discussing my options, I felt very secure and confident that Furnace King would satisfy my needs at the time of installation and in servicing any emergencies/repairs in the future. Mike and the installation team were very courteous, proficient, conscientious, and finished a major makeover of my HVAC system all in one day, much to my surprise, and yours, I am sure. I couldn't be happier with the finished product. And thank you to Mike and his team for their diligence in their pursuit of installing a tankless water heater instead of a power vented unit. It is extremely quiet, takes up very little space, and provides consistently hot running water, unlike the Polaris combo unit where the hot water temperature would fluctuate, particularly during a shower. I had a complete makeover of my HVAC system, replacing the air conditioner, a Polaris combo air handler unit, and a humidifier with a Trane air conditioner and furnace, tankless water heater and a new humidifier. So far the air conditioner works great -- keeps the house cool with very little effort. I look forward to experiencing a warmer house in the winter in the coming years, as the Polaris unit left us feeling somewhat chilled, especially in the third floor bedrooms. The Polaris would seem to run forever during the winter and summer months to maintain the desired set temperature. I'm sure a lot of gas was wasted in the past. Sandip, thank you so much again for your expertise and professionalism. You and the Furnace King team were a pleasure to deal with. All the best, Linda
