Morning Sandip, I wanted to mention again what a pleasure it is to have your company install my new furnace. From my initial meeting with yourself through to the installation by Joe and Khuram, the experience was perfect. The installers were knowledgeable, courteous and respectful of the house. I especially appreciated the fact that you brought to my attention the added rebate my energy provider was offering. This saved me an additional thousand dollars, something other companies do not routinely do. Needless to say, I've been singing your praises to all who will listen. Thanks again.

Hi Sandip, It has been more than a week since your installers did our new furnace and a/c. I'm sorry it took so long to get back to you but with the warmer weather actually today is the first time our new furnace has been on. All seems to be working nicely. Our experience with you as the sales rep was excellent!. You gave us a good overview and patiently explained the workings of the new equipment. Your installers Mike and John arrived promptly on the date scheduled and were efficient, friendly, and very tidy about the job. We were extremely pleased with the job they did. We will wait for the "hot" weather to see how the new a/c performs and hope we are just as happy with it as with the furnace. We would recommend your company to gyfriends or relatives and feel confident that they would get the same quality of service we did. Thank you so much for dropping by at the end of the day to inspect the job!!! That was a nice touch.

We had called them for an estimate on an AC unit. Sandip the representative that came was very knowledgeable and explained the different types of units and didn't push for the most expensive but rather the best unit for the size of our house. We purchased a TRANE unit that has been working very well and lowered our energy bills. They offer a very good warranty and excellent customer service.

We are very pleased with the service we received, the gentleman did an excellent job and were very personable. They were punctual, tidy and provided ongoing information as they were installing the air conditioner. We highly recommend your company.

The install was quick, efficient, clean and very professional ( Mike and his crew were super to deal with). The follow-up to deal with the final fine-tuning went smoothly as well. I am very impressed with your company and plan to use them for all of my heating and cooling issues (annual inspections and tune-ups) that will arise in the future. “Thank you!” for directing us to the Trane line of furnaces and air conditioning. Hi Sandip, I would like to thank you Mike and his associate for doing such a good job in installing the furnace. It was not easy to run the exhaust pipes to the side of the house because of other plumbing taking a lot of space so I really appreciate that he did it. It's working amazing so far and I will call in May for installing the outside unit of the A/C. I will definitely recommend Furnace King !!

This is to acknowledge the superb service we received from Sandip and the installers. It was very educational when Sandip came to talk about the furnace and the benefits/quality. He was very professional the entire time and made us feel confident that the furnace will enhance the heat in our home and reduce the monthly bills. It was easy to decide to go ahead and replace the old furnace. We are very pleased to say that Sandip is a valuable employee/specialist to Furnace King Establishment. Today we had the pleasure to meat Claudio as we needed to adjust the air flow etc. He, also provided superb service and gave us tips and solutions for the future. Thank you for your great customer service. We were particularly impressed with your follow up on the day of the install to ensure our satisfaction, in addition to your excellent presentation that convinced us to purchase from you. Everything went smoothly. The technician/installer (Mike) arrived before 8:30 am which was great as I had time to answer his questions before heading to the office. I arrived home to a new furnace and a husband who had been briefed on the furnace operations. We managed to get the gas fireplace going again in the evening, but thank you for your offer to send someone the following day. I also received the rebate forms last week and was again impressed with the prompt service. So far so good. There appears to be less fluctuation in temperature between the main floor and the upper level since the install and we are satisfied customers.
