    Furnace and Heat Pump Installatio

    Removed old furnace and air conditioner and installed new furnace and heat pump, the 3 men crew were punctual and did a great work, cleaned up at the end, very satisfied and recommend this Company

    Excellent company

    We had a very bad first experience with a previous company that delayed the installation of the heat pump and then changed the price of the quote but with Furnace King, it was completely different everyone was extremely nice and professional. Sandip and Bryan were very attentive to make sure that the heat pump did not ruin the aesthetic of the house. Very happy with their service, I would highly recommend Furnace King.

    Install new heat pump

    The install of new heat pump was carried out professionally, and efficiently,. The workers were courteous and dud a good job of cleaning up.

    Bathroom plumbing

    Dave was fabulous. Very nice, polite, efficient and professional. Attended twice. Helped me out with advice on several matters. As a single woman needing trades help I have sometimes felt taken advantage of. But you can tell Dave is caring and honest. I am so pleased with his work and cleanup. I would recommend him to everyone.

    Amazing service from Furnace King!

    We had a great experience with Sandip and the team at Furnace King, buying a brand new furnace and air conditioner! Sandip is a true professional who cares about his clients, and he really took the time to educate us about our options. The price was very fair compared to our other quotes, and the efficiency in getting the installation done was very impressive, quickly saving us from a heat wave with no a/c. He is always available to help and answer questions, and the installers and team at the office have all provided great service as well. I have already referred Sandip to 4 other clients and family members, who were also very happy with Furnace King!

    Furnance Heat Pump Installation

    On December 1st, I had my furnace and heat pump installed, and I must say, Sandip's methodical explanation of the entire installation process played a crucial role in my decision. The service technicians were not only professional and punctual but also meticulous in maintaining a clean work area. They efficiently removed all the old equipment that was on its last legs. The new product has exceeded my expectations, providing a well-balanced heat throughout the entire house, a significant improvement from the inconsistent heating in different rooms before. A big thank you to the Furnace King team for making this experience a truly pleasant one.

    Furnace Replacement

    I deliberately waited a while to give Furnace King a review. First off many thanks to Sandip for his patience. The first time I called them for an appointment, I was asked to pick a day when both my spouse and I would be available. In my situation that was rear and they still made an exception in my case and gave me an appointment. There was another company that gave me a tough time for an appointment for this very reason. Sandip was there at my home promptly and explained to me the options, their technology and suggested the model that would be optimal for my home. He did not try to oversell. He also gave me a financial plan which worked for us. Mohammed and his team came to do the installation and did a very neat job. After a few days, we felt the heat was not coming up to the second floor. When I let Sandip know, he booked a technician to come and increase the fan speed to address the issue. I give a 10 out of 10 for their sales, communication and workmanship. Even though it is not their job, as I discussed with Sandip, I would have been happier had the old humidifier been removed and the hole patched.

    New Heat Pump and Furnace and Tankless Water Heater and Humidifier

    Sandip contacted with us after our homestar service request and gave us a professional quote and assessment. We took a bunch of time after that to compare the quote to others and he was very patient and answered the questions we threw his wait as we were quoted by others. His quote held up well and after hiring this company they were totally great- their team was professional and kind and the install went great. They managed to do it all within a day with a follow up to make sure all was well after. I would really recommend Sandip and his team.

    HEAT PUMP

    Funace King rep. called me and and offered me a replacement for my air con , knowing that my warrantee has wxpired two Years ago. The heat pump is for cooling and heating up to -10C. below that the furnace takes over. Cost is $10500, after a goverment rebate of $6500, my out of pocket cost is $4000, tax incl. I went for it and had it installed wich was a pleasnt experience. The tchnitians wewre friendly ,professional and three hour later it was working. I am loving the new system. Thank You guys.

    Furnace Replacement

    Cant say enough good things about Sandip, Junior, Conrad and Nibo! We got the A-Team. First, many sales persons dont know beyond brochure level detail of what theyre selling so its hard to trust them. Sandip knows his stuff so well that I was 100% sold with full assurance that I was in good hands. And I work in technical environments and Im picky. Not only that, Sandips installers upheld all assurances he had made with the quality he promised. Work aside they even cleaned beyond what was required (that specially made my wife really happy too). They even threw in some extras. Paperwork was detailed. Floors were protected. I always have complaints with everyone I work with but with them zero complaints. All boxes were checked. I will vouch for them any day.
