    Worth it!!

    Crew very professional and on schedule.. from sales rep to techs. The system works as promised. Were very happy with the new heat pump

    HVAC Replacement

    Furnace King presented all the details I needed in order to make a decision on replacing my old furnace and even older a/c unit with a new furnace and het pump. The installers did a great job with the installation, including figuring out how to vent the unit outside through the existing bulkheads in the family room. So far the unit is operating properly and I have no regrets about having this work done by Furnace King.

    Furnace replacement

    We have been customers of Furnace King for over 10 years and decided have our 15 year old furnace replaced. Just to be clear this is a 9.5 rating (Home Stars rating system does not allow fractions). Sandip, the Home Comfort Advisor is a credit to the organisation. He was thorough in his initial "presentation" and his advice was honest and detailed. The installers, Junior and Konrad came within the time window and were overall, very friendly, courteous and efficient. There were a couple of minor issues with a small drainage pipe leak and an ill-fitting furnace filter cover which were both promptly fixed. No organisation is perfect but in our opinion what separates a good company from mediocre ones is how they resolve issues. In this case, Furnace King came through with a satisfactory resolution which is very reassuring. We understand that the filter cover was pre-fabricated in a metal shop prior to installation and although functional, was not, to be honest, well constructed. To be fair, this is a very minor issue and hence the slightly less than perfect score. We will still strongly recommend Furnace King!

    Heat Pump and High Efficiency Furnace

    We had a 24+ year A/C and 15-yr mid-efficiency furnace (< 80% efficiency) that were both in working condition, but the costs were beginning to add up. I read a lot about heat pumps and called at least 7 different companies across the GTA, with several in-home estimates provided. Sandip from Furnace King provided the most comprehensive explanation about what to expect and helped us with our decision. I was aware that the installation would be a difficult job because of the space restrictions where the furnace had been placed (and the existing chimney venting that needed to be changed to PVC with high efficiency furnaces), but Sandip's knowledge prepared and reassured us that the equipment (Bosch) would be installed to code and with a great warranty. Sandip sent 4 people to do the installation - it took 8 hours, but the new equipment looks and feels amazing! Kyro, Konrad and Lundy did an amazing job! They removed all the old equipment and made sure I understood how the new system works with the new smart thermostat. The heat pump is extremely quiet and will likely be doing all the heavy lifting (heating and cooling) for the majority of the year. The team at Furnace King knows their HVAC stuff and even after the install they are ready to help. Do your research, but make sure Furnace King is on your list!

    Install Heat Pump
    Sandip and his crew were knowledgeable and professional. They explained everything thoroughly and took steps to make sure the heat pump and smart thermostat were working properly. We needed a few adjustments after the fact and they were prompt to come out and deal with the problem at no additional cost. Sandip followed up after every interaction with texts over several days to ensure we were satisfied. Would definitely recommend!

    Installation of a heat pump.

    Had an air condition fail during August heat wave. Furnace King attended to it that evening. A follow up call from them suggested I replace the 20 year old unit and presented a couple of options. With government incentives a heat pump was the most cost effective option. Within a couple of weeks the install was completed. Throughout their communication, assistance in completing government paperwork and installation was first class. I have been dealing with this company and Sandip for four years and rate them first class.

    New Heat Pump and Furnace with rebate

    We were looking to replace our 17 year old AC and furnace and take advantage of the government rebates. Sandip was very thorough in breaking down the cost benefits and options for us as well as the rebate process. The install team was very professional and consulted us as needed during install to make sure things were done to our expectation and without surprises. They cleaned up well and aside from there being a few more holes than expected, the work was excellent. We had an issue with the new smart thermostat and it was resolved in short order. Bryan took care of our thermostat setup questions and concerns and made sure everything was working to our satisfaction. Choose with confidence.

    Furnace King Delivered!!

    AC suddenly didn't work on the Monday holiday, but I called Furnace King and within 2 hours they were at my house and fixed the issue. It was a loose wire in the transformer that needed reconnecting. Many thanks to Furnace King for the quick and professional service!

    Upgraded Furnace &A/c

    It was an absolute pleasure once again working with Furnace King. We needed to replace our a/c and because of the damage the malfunctioning a/c caused to our furnace we decided to replace both units. We were given top of the line units and they were impeccably installed in a timely, efficient and cleanly manner. Hats off to Junior, Conrad & Brian (I think those were the names if not please check records to get correct names). In addition the service rep Sandip was instrumental in giving us details on a government rebate that was taking place and we are in the process of getting things in line to apply for a substantial rebate. We used this company back in 2011 and again in 2023 and I would hands down recommend them to anyone who is need of furnace or a/c repair or replacement. Top notch

    Great contractor for Heat Pump furnace installation

    Had a heatpump installation to replace our gas furnace which was 40 years old and extremely inefficient. Sandip was very knowledgeable and professional, giving us a much more detailed breakdown than other contractors of what our options are and our bills will be in the future. Also, he gave us a clear understanding of how to claim the 7k gov rebate for the heat pump. It's been a month and our electricity bills haven't increased so much despite using the AC all the time this year.
