    Rerouted downspouts to move water away from problem side of house and disconnected 3 downspouts

    Why I recommend - responsive office staff, estimator and installers came on Saturday, friendly and competent staff, very clean, work done exactly as promised - no surprises, fair price. Thank you Royal Crown for making this project no hassle.

    Complete Removal and Installation of new facias, soffits ,eavestroughs

    I had been trying to find a general contractor to do some various tasks around my house (eaves/windows/etc) without much luck. So I decided to go with specialists for each job. It makes SUCH a difference! From the moment that Tom (our estimator) arrived, I knew we were in good hands. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He provided an quote that fit within our budget and followed up with us throughout the job. Tom answered all of my questions and I could really tell that he cared about customer satisfaction. I have complete confidence that Royal Crown stands behind their work. The installers showed up on schedule, and, when a heavy storm prevented them from finishing, they showed up early the next morning to finish it (even finished the eaves portion WHILE it was raining). I would definitely recommend Royal Crown. Tom & the rest of the Royal Crown crew were the best experience I've had with a home renovation company to-date.

    Replacement of existing downspouts and adding new eavestroughs

    We had some of our downspouts that fell down in a recent storm and others that were leaking based on how they had been installed by the builder 10 years ago. I hired Royal Crown based on their homestar reviews and prompt response to my inquiry. Tom visited our home to provide a quote and guided me through some recommendations. I must admit I was a little surprised at the quote, but when I asked a few questions, it was clear to me it was not unreasonable. Basically putting up eaves-troughs isn't a one man job. The work was done on a Saturday, the crew arrived, the lead walked me through the job, he made some excellent recommendations and a couple of hours later the job was done. The work was outstanding, and they left the site as they had found it, taking away all the old guttering. I had asked the guys to nail in a bit of the soffiting that was loose. I never thought about it again, even when I walked through the completed job. The guys were gone about an hour, when I had a knock on the door. They had come back to knock the few nails in they forgot. That's great service and I would definitely buy from this firm again! Billing was painless. Krista called me, and processed the invoice over the phone on Visa.

    Complete Removal and Installation of new facias, soffits ,eavestrough

    We contacted Royal crown Aluminum after a botched job on our home; on which we just had brand New Stucco Installed . Tom came over to do an estimate on what we wanted and also gave suggestions on what to do, He was xtremely helpful ,polite and listened to our concerns ,about the look and kind of job we were looking for . Especially being a Bungaloo ,on which any sloppy work is noticeable . Tom assure us that the job would be clean,neat and professionally done . The day that his men came , one of the workers fell ill and they could NOT start the job. I called Tom right away , and he was able to find a replacement crew to work on the Thanksgiving Mon... he even showed up that day to solve a problem that the workers encountered with the facias. Everything was completed in 2days. Tom was amazing to work with and in an area ( HOME RENOVATION ),it is rare to find someone who cares , listens and takes real pride in a job well done . Tom ALWAYS returns phonecalls , came to check the work before and after it was completed and even followed up after the big rain / wind storm to make sure that the work done was O.K . My partner and I would whole heartly Recommend Royal Crown Aluminum and especially Tom to work on their home..

    Vinyl siding on a double car garage

    Royal Crown was the first to respond to my project listing and within a couple of days had the project quoted. Everyone, from office staff to the the installation crew were extemely pleasant to work with and very responsive unlike other company's that quoted the same project. The work was excellent, and my 25 year old garage looks like new. They may be a little more expensive than the general contractors who quoted this job, but the difference is well worth it. I am extremely satisfied with Royal Crown and highly recommend them.

    eavestrough and soffit

    Good service is very hard to find. After dealing with Royal Crown I was so pleased that I wanted to take the time to let others know. The professional and proficient service from this company started with the estimator Tom. He came to my home and provided a thorough and detailed explanation of the work that was needed. It was evident that he wanted to provide me peace of mind that I was going with the right company. The quality and value of the work matched to the price I paid. I will definitely recommend Tom and his team to my friends and family.

    Replacing Eavestrough-Installed leafguard

    Myself and my wife after searching at homestars.com for a good company to replace our eavestrough, we picked up 3 companies and Royal Crown Aluminum Inc, made an impact right on the first call. Tom, showed up on time and suggested us with professionalism to disconnect one inground downspout and to relocate it to the front of the house to benefit garden emphasis on esthetics and detail. We could tell that Tom was dedicated and professional when he compared a couple of things with our neighbor's gutters. All i can say is that this company's workmanship and professionalism is everything their website professes. Extremely detail oriented and meticulous with cleanup. Thanks Tom,

    Eaves, Soffit, Fascia

    We live in an old Toronto house that has been in dire need for an update. We decided to redo the house eaves, and also place new soffit and fascia. We asked 4 companies for quotes, including others on Homestars.com. Royal Crown was by far the most professional, eager, and customer-attentive. There quote was in the same price range as the others. Given the professionalism, the other reviews on the site, and the fact that they were not a one-man show, we decided to go with them. They gave us a job-date within 2 weeks of booking. As arranged, the first crew (soffit crew) showed up on time and got the job done without any hassles despite having some unique architectural features that I can only assume would make the job difficult for the untrained soffiter. Within 6 hours (over 2 days) the soffit and fascia were done, and the eaves crew was called in to place the eaves around the house which only took 2-3 hours. The finished product both works and looks great! Overall everyone on Eni Mero and Dorian's team were professional, friendly, extremely efficient, respectful, and knowledgeable. Both Eni and the team were very concerned about customer satisfaction, and any little concern on my part was met with a phone call to the supervisor to explain the work or sort out any issues/concerns. Overall, I was highly impressed with their service and work and would recommend to neighbours and friends without reservation. Thanks Royal Crown for a job well done!

    Complete gutter and down spout replacement

    From the start the salesperson was committed to maintaining a commitment made in a trade show after 9 months had passed. They completed the work with respect to the time that is essential to me as a homowners. The administrative staff and the work site staff were efficient and prompt to respond to any changes and gave good guidance as to the excact work that needs to be done.     Eavestrough/downspout replacement

    I am quite pleased with the service provided by Royal Crown Aluminum and their estimator, Eni. Eni was punctual at our initial assessment appointment at which time he outlined in detail the scope and cost of the job. Booking the actual job was quite simple and the company was flexible and accomodating with the date selected. The installers were punctual and very efficient and completed the installation within several hours. The installers detected additional problems that required attention after they removed the old eavestroughs. They corrected the additional problems after obtaining my approval for the additional work and associated costs. The worksite was left in a clean condition. I would use Eni and his team again if the need should arise and I give them my highest recommendation.
