    Eavestrough repair

    I had leaking at the corners of my eavestrough and I was going through Homestars to find a company to be able just to do repair. After calling many other companies with good ratings, almost all of them refused to do just the repairs. Also, they were unprofessional when I kept asking why they wouldn't do the repairs. They would just say 'no' and hung up on me. Then I decided to call Royal Crown Aluminum. Krista picked up the phone. She was very professional. She said she will send an estimator at my convenience. I asked for them to come the next day, and they did. However, the estimator, Blear, was running a bit late but he called me and apologized ahead of time and asked if it’s ok for him to come in 15 mins. I really liked the fact that he called and informed me since most contractors are not as punctual. After Blear looked at the problem, he was honest with me and told me that since it’s a small job, it will be over priced and he gave me all the options I had to resolve the problem. He told me the office would send me a quote within the next 2 days and that is what happened. Ashley sent me the quote as I was promised. She was very kind and accurate and she said she will follow up with me at my convenience. I talked to my husband and we decided to go ahead with Royal Crown. As Blear and Ashley promised, the crew showed up on time. They did the job. In the end, the place was clean. You couldn’t even tell there was any work done just a few hours ago. The next day, Krista sent me the invoice and I paid it right away. In the end, I am very happy I decided to go with Royal Crown. Even though I paid a bit much for the job, Royal Crown was excellent in every aspect.

    Eave leaf guard + fixing incorrectly installed eaves

    I had Royal Crown come by my house to install eaves guard (the metal sheet kind, not the wire kind). Their quote was very good compared to others I got (1/2 the price of another company). This was 1200$. While doing the work he realized that one of my eaves was slopped incorrectly, causing it to pool water at the end that doesn't have a downspout. Even though the next day was Canada Day, the owner (who was the person doing the word) came back to fix the downspout for the extra 500$. I'm very happy with the responsively and the quality of the work. It's been a year since it was done and nothing to complain about the quality of the work.

    Evestrough replacement

    Royal Crown Aluminum did everything they promised. Their estimator showed up on time, taught me some things about my roof as he looked at my problem. He promptly sent me an estimate. When I gave Royal Crown the job, their workmen showed up right on time and did exactly what they had contracted to do. I am very happy with their work and their work ethic. I would have no problem recommending them.

    eavestrough replacement

    I chose to go with Royal Crown because of the positive reviews I saw on Homestars and I was very pleased with my decision. Usually, dealing with any home improvement company is not a great experience, but I was very happy with every aspect of their service. They took the time to explain things that I had questions or concerns about. Thank you very much Eni and to the installers Gary and his crew who were fantastic, making sure to answer my questions on the job site and cleaning up after the job was done. Keep up the good work!

    replace eavestrough and downspouts

    I was very pleased with Royal Crown. They were extremely efficient in taking my call, arraning an estimate, scheduling and doing the work, all within a week. Everyone I dealt was very friendly and went out of their way to ensure I was happy with the job. Good quality work was done and the customer service was topnotch. I would not hesitate to recommend Royal Crown and will use them in the future.

    Installation of soffits, fascia, eaves and downspouts

    I was very pleased with the service from the company. Fast response to my request and Eni came out to conduct a proper review of what was needed. The company turned the quote around quickly and was flexible for scheduling. The initial work was done under schedule (which was great) and although there were some things not quite right the first time, Eni immediately came out the next day with the crew and made it right. The team went over what they had to do, including some patchwork done by another contractor. Eni ensured that I was completely happy. They were very professional, helpful, thoughtful. I felt the price was reasonable and they delivered excellent service. I would highly recommend this company.

    Aluminum Soffits, Fascia, Gutters, Downspouts, Leaf Guard

    After obtaining 3 quotes, we chose Royal Crown Aluminum. Staff were friendly, installation crews professional and accommodating. Very happy with the work done, site clean-up, and the whole experience. Excellent value!

    Remove and replace soffitt and gutters

    My 100+ year-old High Park home has a flat roof containing blown-in insulation and, in extreme heat, you can sometimes feel and smell the pockets of hot air that collect in the second floor below the ceiling. I decided that replacing the solid soffitt with vented soffitt would, in theory, allow the roof to breathe and help eliminate the problem to some extent. I explained the situation to Eni, the on-site estimator, who listened to everything I had to say and helped analyse the different scenarios we could run into. I found it difficult to find another company that was willing to get into the job at the risk of opening up a can of worms, but Eni made it clear that I would not be taken advantage of if there were obstacles in getting the job done. Further communication with Evelina was great and the job was scheduled and completed in the same week that Eni provided the estimate. Better yet, it was a Saturday and only took five hours to complete, even though we uncovered the unexpected scenario of a completely boxed in soffitt made of 3/4' wood behind the aluminum. Gary and his partner on site again discussed the problem and listened carefully to my ideas and just kept plugging along with little hesitation, removing the wood and proceeding as planned. All of this excellent service does come at a premium, but I would recommend Royal Crown to anyone needing refurbishment of soffitt, fascia, gutters, etc...

    Replacement of Soffit/fascia/eavestroughs

    I am looking for good customer service, quality of work, and reasonable price when hiring a contractor. I have to say Royal Crown Aluminum meets all of my criteria and beyond. I called and visited many web sites for soffit/fascia/eavestroughs replacement. Royal Crown Aluminum is one of few companies that will answer the call and will come to the house to do the quote in a short period of time. Eni, the estimator, provided helpful tips and understood the urgency of issue; I received the quote just a few hours after Eni's visited. Eni was flexible and patient to work with our schedule for colour selection. The very next day we received a call about the colour we had chosen is in back order for 3 weeks. Eni was able to come by and brought a piece of board with colour closest match to the one we had chosen on the same day. The work started on the date as promised. We were impressed with quality, efficiency, and the professionalism of crew; the crew was courteous and answered all the questions I had. Even though I got a call about additional cost for Fascia board replacement, it was clearly explain to me why the cost is extra as shown on the estimate. The entire work was done in a day which is amazing. Royal Crown Aluminum treats customers with respect; a change of appointment or replacement of colour are all clearly communicate to us so there is no misunderstanding. In the end, we were quite pleased with the work and everyone we have contacted with in the company is quite please to deal with. We will definitely higly recommend the company to anyone else. Great job every one at Royal Crown, you set a standard of what the contractor should be.

    install flashing on my warehouse

    I was very pleased with Royal Crown with the job they did for me. It was done very quickly and proffessionally . I highly reccommend them to anyone and Eni the sales rep was very pleasant to deal with .
