    Replacement of eaves, downspout, and installation of railing

    This is the second time I am using this Company and couldn't be happier with my choice. They are truly a Company dedicated to keeping the customer satisfied. From the receptionist taking messages (Daphnee) to the sales rep (Angela) to the installing Team lead by Blair, this is a Company that truly has an amazing customer service culture. Their product is guaranteed and also provides a good base of colours to choose from. Blair is an expert in this field back up any promises he makes. I will continue to use this Company in the future and do not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing this type of business

    Installation of eavestrough, downspounts and elbows

    I was impressed with the service from this company, Angela from custumer service is helpful and Eni, the estimator is knowledgable and friendly. They responded quick with the estimate. The installation team arrived on time, worked hard, cleaned the job site afer completion. They also noticed we need drip edge in some areas and they installed them efficiently. Would recommend them to anyone that need eavestrough work done.

    Remove outdated eaves troughs, install new eavestroughs and re route downspouts to new locations

    The sales team and installers were very helpful, courteous and professional.....The installers were quick and efficient without compromising quality in their work, the site was clean upon job completion. the company follows up after the install is complete to insure that the job was done to the customers satisfaction.

    Eavestrough

    This company was recommended by our neighbour - a window contractor. They responded promptly to our request. The estimate was reasonable and comparable. Their service was professional and quick and they cleaned up, leaving the place better than it was. We would hire them again and recommend them to anyone.

    Siding & Evestroughs

    After being let down by another company and sitting with no evestroughs and shoddy siding for 2 years...Royal Crown Aluminum completed the job in less than a week without any silly excuses that the other company gave us for their non-work. We are very satisfied with their work

    Replacement of broken eavestrough

    We had a great experience with Royal Crown Aluminum Inc. They were quick to respond and no matter how big or small the job was they were willing to take care of it. Eni the estimator was quick to respond and came within a day and made suggestions on what else can be improved on based on what he saw. Angela from the customer service department was great, she was polite, curtious, addressed all the questions I had and followed up serval times with me. When they came to actually fix the eavestrough and enlarge our downspouts they noticed that something else needed to be fixed, the drip edge and suggested/recommended that it be replaced. They were not pushy in any way. In the end we had them fix that as well. The quality of the work was fantastic. Service was great.

    Replacement & New Installation Eavestroughs & Fascia

    We just finished having new eavestroughs installed by Royal Crown Aluminum and we have nothing but good things to say about our experience. From the beginning, we were impressed with their professionalism. Eni the estimator arrived on time and was very knowledgeable, honest and helpful with all our questions. Angela followed up within a couple of days. The installation crew were polite, courtesy and clean. Any questions we had they were willing to answer. Plus, they were willing to go the extra mile when new issues arose. After pulling off the old eavestroughs we realized that our fascia board was rotting. Even though we did not schedule a fascia replacement, they were able to have another crew come by that day to install a new fascia board and fascia to make sure the job was done right. Dorian the supervisor was present during the entire process. He was very pleasant and provided us with all our options but also let us make our own decisions. We would recommend Royal Crown Aluminum to anyone looking to have a professional job done for a reasonable price. Thank you for your service!

    Soffit/Fascia/Eavestrough and some Vinal siding

    I have just had Soffit/Fascia/Eavestrough and some Vinal siding work done by RCA. The process started with their estimator, Eni coming by to do an estimate. He was friendly and very professional. He helped me determine exactly what work needed to be done and answered all of my questions. I got three quotes from different companies and RCA was the most competative. The customer service was excellent. I dealt with Angela from the sales team to schedule the work and she was great with her followup. The work was done by Gary and his partner (sorry didn't catch his name). The quality of the work was excellent and I have already had my neighbours make some really positive comments. I could not be more satisfied. Thanks to everyone at Royal Crown Aluminum! Great Job!

    Eaves, sofit, fascia

    Timeline for service was quick compared to other quotes I received. Installation was quick and very well done and place was left clean once complete. Very professional installation crew and made all requested changes with one communication.

    eaves replacement

    Extemely satisified with the job - completed on time, removed all the old eaves, cleared the grounds up afterwards. i was waffling on my colour selection and they were only too happy to send the rep out a second time to show me my options.
