Fantastic, on time, true to their word. I had to have a railing removed and reinstalled for a flat roof. Ilyr gave me some suggestions for alternatives but my budget went to the roof! I will definitely use this company again and would highly recommend them!!

Recently had them replace the eaves, downspouts, soffit and fascia around our house. We got multiple quotes on the project and their pricing was competitive. We went with them because of the great reviews on Home Stars. However not everything they did was up to our expectations or satisfaction. I'll start with the Good: -the workmanship is excellent, the workers on-site did a very good job with the actual installation. -anytime there was something that was not as expected from what the estimator told us the guys on-site were very good in discussing with us and determining the correct fix for the issue. Unfortunately, now for the Bad: -the estimator scheduled to come to look at the project at 5pm one evening. We left work early and rushed home - and the estimator never showed up....there was no one at the office to answer the phone and we had no way of contacting the estimator because the office didn't give us his number. The office contacted us the next day, apologized, and told us that the estimator had a 'family emergency'....when the estimator arrived later the next evening he was honest and he told us that he just forgot. The good here - he came at 7pm the next night so we wouldn't have to leave work early again. -The crew finished mid-day on Saturday. They took all of the major pieces of scrap (old eaves, soffit, etc.) but there was debris all around the house. Numerous pieces of metal and screws. And the metal was all small pieces with sharp jagged edges that would have cut open feet (or a dog's paws). I had to spend over an hour after they left walking around our house picking up sharp pieces of metal and screws. Summary - while they did excellent work and we are happy with the actual eaves/soffit/fascia that they installed I would not recommend them. The issues with the estimator and the hazardous mess they left around our house were both serious issues - from what I can see there are a lot of eaves/gutter/fascia companies with good ratings here on HomeStars - I would recommend going with someone else who were a little more conscientious.

I would like to inform Royal Crown Aluminum Inc. that the work done to our home was done quickly, neatly and Eni, Ani and Ben were very polite, professional and informative while working. We look forward to having the rest of the house done in the Spring and hopefully the same gentlemen will perform the work. Once again I would like to say thank you to the 3 gentlemen and would strongly recommend them and your company.

This is our second project with Royal Crown and I would highly recommend them. Dorian and Ashley addressed our concerns and had solutions that suited us. The installers were excellent. I cannot say enough about this company.

Andrew came to do the quote and he was knowledgable and helpful. I had several questions about the quote and Ashley answered them to my satisfaction. Prior to the work being done I did find there were some issues with poor communication. I called the day before the work was to be done to ask when to expect the workmen and did not get a call back. I called the following morning and was told they would be there by noon. At 3.30pm I called again as nobody had showed up. Due to the rain the workmen would not be coming. I understand there may be delays related to the weather but expect to hear about it especially as I had called to ask. Everyone was apoligetic and polite but meanwhile I had wasted a day at home waiting for the workmen. I also did not realise the length of time the project would take - I thought a day but it was 2 - not that that was a problem. Troy and Lucias did the soffit and flashing and were great. They worked solidly for 2 days even in the pouring rain. Troy did a fancy bend in the flashing on the front of my peaked roof which looks great. The guys who did the eaves and downspouts were efficient but I noticed there was some water splashing out of the eaves when it was raining. One of the guys came back the next day and I think the problem is fixed will need to check with the next heavy rain. As I thought I may not be home on the second day of work Eni came out so I could discuss where the downspouts would be. He was helpful but did try to "upsell" me on flashings and leaf guards - you can't blame him for trying but I was happy with my first quote. all in all the work was well done and the quote competitive. My only suggestion would be to do a better job of communicating when someone will show up to do the work and to keep the customer informed if there are to be delays

We noticed Royal Crown giving a quote on our street to a neighbour & asked for a quote for us as we had been considering replacement of eavestroughing & downspouts for our 25 yr old house. Andrew came over immediately & very professionally explained what we would need & did measurements. Within a day or two, we had an e-mail quote which we thought very fair so we hired Royal Crown to do the job. I spoke with Alex on the phone who arranged times that suited us, took care of the deposit and answered our questions. She too was very professional & a pleasure to deal with. Everything was arranged quickly & within a week, 2 young fellows arrived on the appointed date and did a bang-up job for us. They were fast, neat & cleaned up all debris. They showed us our old eavestroughing & what bad shape it was in. Our new ones look great and we were very impressed by the quality of both the product & the work done. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Royal Crown to others or to use them again ourselves.

Called around and Royal Crown came to estimate on time, very professional and excellent quote. Beautiful new eaves installed before the end of the week, work completed efficiently in one morning and is holding up nicely to the spring showers! Many thanks for your professionalism. We required a railing for our second fl juliette balcony. I contacted Ivy and within a week and a half they came to assess the space, gave an estimate and installed! We are very happy with the complete process; their professionalism, price and high quality workmanship!

During a wind storm pieces of our siding ripped off. I knew the job needed to be done so I called royal crown for an estimate. This was an emergency so they acted very quickly when I gave them the go ahead for installation. The installers worked in the cold and did an amazing job! The office staff was a pleasure to talk too and knew step by step what was being done to my house. I truly appreciate the work done and the fact that they treated my house like their own. Royal crown is definitely the way to go.
