Very bad mice chewed our plastic water pipes and caused two floods in as many days. Horrified, we called Vance. He was the awesomest. Very knowledgeable, reassuring, and lots of fun. He got rid of the mice, and all is well again. Would highly recommend for the most efficient and entertaining pest control you may ever wish.

I have had a problem with mice in my house twice in about 3 years. I thought it was under control but then I heard some scratching in my walls and that got me scared again. Vance came and was very reasonable and knowledgeable. He was kind and reassuring too. He took action and offered different suggestions as to what to do. He was very good at finding entry points as well. He blocked entry points and did so thoroughly. I would definitely call Vance again. But I honestly think this is one of the last times I will ever have to call someone for the mice in my house. Thank you Vance. You were a pleasure to talk to and work with. All the best.

Vance took care of a cockroach problem at my condo. he used a powder to take care of the issue. many cockroaches came out and died. I would recommend this company. thank you

After discovering mice droppings in my basement I contacted Pest-o-kill. Vance was able to locate the point of entry in the house from an opening in the brick outside. He explained how the mice got in and sealed off the entry point. He provided useful tips to avoid the situation in the future. I would definitely recommend Pestokill to my friends.

I had enough with trying to take care of the mice and the previous company had given up after the 2nd visit and refused to come back. I found Pestokill through Google and looked up the reviews through the website. I don't normally give anyone a perfect score for anything but I can't really complain about this company. Despite the intense rain the exterminator showed up. He was pleasant right from the get go and most importantly he got the job done. I thought $200 was a bit much at the time but in the end it was worth it.

We moved to our new house in Milton, 3 months ago, and were finding mice droppings in our furnace room occasionally. We tried treating it with homemade baits, which didn't work. So without any further delay, we called this company. They explained that the bait they use is anti coagulant, therefore there wouldn't be any sort of smell and it will get the job done. 10 days later I stopped noticing the droppings. The service provided by this company was very satisfying.

He is very honest and tells us to not spray if we hadn’t seen any bugs for months but I still go ahead with it as it gives me peace of mind knowing that my wife won’t yell as hard as humanely possible at the site of a centipede or large spider. We had tried many companies in the past but this is the only one we have remained comfortable with over the years.

Raccoons Raccoons some how broke the aluminum soffit as well as the fascia and got into the attic above the garage. Bash installed a one-way door to allow the raccoons to leave and not be able to get back in. He also greased downspout so the raccoons would be unable to climb back up. He returned a week later to remove the one-way door and fixed the soffit and fascia to the best of his abilities. He also recommended that I have the insulation checked out, I took a picture and showed a professional at the home depot and he confirmed that it was low I rented a machine to blow insulation into the area. Following that day not only was I raccoon free my son was very happy to report that the cold drafts have stopped coming in, two strikes with one pitch.

Pest-o-kill sent Yahyah to take care of the mice issue at our home. He was supposed to be at our home between 12 and 1 and he was here precisely at 12:15 pm. His explanation about how he was going to tackle the problem was satisfactory and under stable despite the fact that I have to previous knowledge of how the treatment works. I found that Yahyah was friendly and took his time to answer my questions. I was very impressed with the fact that he didn’t mind me following him around while he worked and he kept up a conversation the whole time. I believe that he was very thorough and went over and beyond what I was expecting. He found the point of entry and temporarily blocked it, as the hole was large and out of his grasp. The mice disappeared in exactly 13 days after the visit. We found a dead mouse by the furnace and the lady on the phone explained to me that it is possible that we find dead mouse and was willing send someone out to remove it. That was not needed and I just wanted to make sure nothing was wrong. I think Yahyah is a kind, genuine guy who knows his trade well.
