I called Vance and explained my problem to him. He told me the nature of the job and that he would be at my home the next day. He was very polite and professional. What I liked most is that he explained what he was going to do as opposed to just doing his work and leaving. And no more ants!

Naeem was punctual, and very efficient. He was also considerate about the inside of the home, and was polite when he spoke. The job took less than 45 minutes, and we had no infestation after. This is actually the second time we have asked him to control our home, as the first time was due to mice in and around the house, which after his service was no more to be seen.

The service went very well. I ended up hiring them for additional work after the inspection my rental Property. Maple Pest Control did exactly what the deal stated. One technician came out for the inspection and did a fine job. I had Cockroaches and suspected I was having the issue again. I had no problem scheduling the deal and they were flexible with my schedule. My Tenants happy after they resolve Cockroaches issue.

Vance came over this morning to deal with my carpet beetle problem. After listening carefully to my description of the problem, he provided a number of very helpful tips to ensure that the bugs don't come back. Will definitely use again if I have another pest problem.

Carpenter ants in multiple locations In the fall we noticed winged ants in multiple locations but before we got a chance to call a company they were gone. They reappeared during the January, which was a warmer than normal month. We called this company after finding that simply vacuuming the ants was futile and we were facing an unlimited supply. It was surprised to hear the gentleman on the phone was basically telling me the events that had taken place and for the most part he was accurate. We had cleared the baseboards and areas around the windows and doors. The technician was patient and answered our questions. He explained the process after which we vacated the home. We were told to return in 90 minutes to lock up. When I returned the technician was cleaning up. He explained that he found nests or congregations of ants in multiple areas. He drilled holes under the window framing and at the sides of the door frames but I could barely tell as they were caulked. I am now reporting the ants gone.

We saw ants coming in from it laundry room in the basement. Girl over the phone, from this company, explained that these ants are attracted to damp wood and that might be the reason for seeing them in laundry. When the gentleman, Vance, came to our house, he immediately found nest in our laundry room. Two hours later after the treatment I found a pile of hundreds of ants there. Vance has guaranteed his work and asked us to call him if we have any issues with ants in future.

Vance from Pestokill was in my house on Christmas Eve after 3 hours of my request. I was quite ecstatic about the prompt service. He found a big hole underneath my deck through which mice were entering and blocked it. He carefully placed baits and bait stations around the house so that its out of reach of my kids and dog. Few days later, after the treatment, I stopped noticing signs of mice. I was quite content with the service provided, therefore I'm giving them 10 stars
