We had mice in our attic and basement, so I called in Pest-o-kill after looking at all the positive reviews. I was not disappointed, Vance was thorough and extremely detailed and spent time going through what he was doing and what would be the likely outcome. I would have no hesitation in recommending them

For a few years now my parents have been dealing with ants in the living room as well as ants in the basement. They were taking care of it them selves but never really got rid of them. This year I told them ill have it taken care of but they were skeptical so i knew i had to call someone who would do it right the first time. I called Pest-o-kill and they sent someone the following morning. He was on time and ready to do the job. He was thorough and i could tell he knew exactly what he was doing. The ants have been gone for over a year now so i can say with assurance that they are gone for good. I have kept their card and recommended them to friends and family and have used them at my place for a rodent issue.

Im very Happy with the service that was provided. The exterminator was on time, thorough and a pleasure to speak to. He explains everything really well and it makes sense. The ants in my basement were gone for over a month but i saw a few and decided to have the exterminator come back and take a look. The office had no problem with the idea of "just having a look". The exterminator came back checked the area and did a spot treatment. Have not noticed a single ant since. Great customer service

Carpenter ants were appearing in my home office for the last couple of years. I always had an idea of where the nest was and sprayed raid every once in a while. But this spring they were here in high numbers. Vance from Pest control helped me get rid of them. He found the nest in a area i never even thought about. He very informative, helpful, nice and honest. Its been about a month since my last sighting so im pretty confident that they are gone for good. Money well spent.

During the renovation of our washroom last year we noticed some carpenter ants but didn't think much of it. As soon as we got our first warm day this year i found 50 ants in the same washroom. I called pest control and spoke a nice lady on the phone and was set up for the next day. Vance was at my door at 8:55, 5 minutes before the given time of between 9 and 10 which was excellent because i had to get to work. Vance checked my washroom and came to the conclusion that the nest was under the washroom window. He removed the frame around my window and drilled a hole, 20 minutes later i saw him walk outside so i followed and at the side of my house was hundreds of dieing ants and more were pouring out. He even showed me the queen. I was sold, this man knows what hes doing and best of all he had the presence of mind to drill under the window frame so that i didn't have to get anything repaired later. Job well done Vance

There was severe ants problem in my house for the past couple of years, I tried 2 different companies, but my problem was not solved. I read a review about pestokill from homestars and called them the exterminator came and I was surprised when he found colony of ants and killed the colony. Now my problem is gone and I recommend this company because they are experts in finiding the colony.

Ants Ants Ants, they were driving me crazy. I called these guys at 7 in the morning and was surprised that someone answered the phone. A gentleman came the same day. He took a look around and showed me where the nest is probably located. He than went about his job and 30 mintutes he called me to show me my kitchen floor full of dead carpenter ants. I was surprised he was able to find the nest in the middle of winter. I would recommend this company.

I had pest control come to my rental property this past May for a bed bugs issue that I had tried to rid of on my own. I had short term results but the issue persisted over the long term and it was turning into a problem that just wasn’t worth wasting so much time attempting to take care of on my own. The problem had already cost me many hours of my time and a couple of hundred dollars so I needed someone to get it done properly. At the inspection the exterminator pointed out many areas that had bed bug droppings and unfortunately I had made the bed bugs spread. I set up the appointment on the weekend so that my tenants could prepare properly. I was happy that I was able to set up an appointment for a Sunday. Vance was at the property 15 minutes early and was joined by another exterminator shortly after. They spent 3 hours on 5 bed rooms; I stuck around the entire day because I wanted to make sure everything was done correctly. I will say that I was happy with every aspect of the job. I was a little annoying through the whole process but the guys never ignored my questions. I called my tenants many times over the next few days and surprisingly none of them had any bites to report. Before the 2nd treatment about a couple weeks later, I contacted my tenants and they wanted to wait a little longer. I waited 2 more weeks and my tenants believed that they were gone so I called Vance and told him a 2nd treatment was not required at the moment and I would call back to service if anything appeared as I had a 6 month warranty. It January now and I have not heard a single thing about bed bugs since. Very happy with the service and will be calling again about an ants problem that occurs every summer.

I would see ants here and there during the summer which I didn’t mind as much because they are all over the place outside. Unfortunately the ants came back in the middle of January which made me think that the ants nest was indoors. I had Vance come to my home the following day and he confirmed that there is no way ants are getting into my home during in the cold weather. I gave him the go ahead and he completed the job right away. He sprayed a few different areas and drilled a hole in the silicone of the kitchen door that leads to the back yard. As soon as he used a machine that sprayed some sort of mist into the hole, the ants started pouring out only to die. He then headed to the basement and I went down with him, in the area under the door there must have been a thousand dead ants. Job Well Done.
