Professional people overall. Very efficient in helping the customer understand the problem. Arrived in a timely manner as indicated by phone that they would. He was courteous, knowledgeable, & most importantly didn’t try to sell me on some continuing service like most other companies. Would certainly use them again as well as recommend them to other homeowner friends of mine.

These guys are very good at trapping animals. We had pair of Raccoons living under deck for several weeks. We called Maple Pest Control, they came out, set the traps, and stuffed a tarp into the hole where the Raccoons were entering. They caught 2 Raccoons in all. The hole was quite large and required some cement work. I was going to do it myself, since I couldn't find any contractors on short notice. Wasim from Maple Pest screen the hole. My family like the service they done for us.

Carpenter ants are scary. I was horrified when I first saw them in my basement. A big Thanks to PESTOKILL for coming on short notice and taking care of the problem. I will highly recommend them to everyone as they have great customer service, no waiting lists and treatment with great results

Pests were eating through the ceilings in the house. They spent the time required to remove them all, sealed up the port holes in the roof with heavy gauge wire to keep them from coming back.

I called the exterminator when i felt the problem had gotten out of hand. it was a freezing cold day and the company i called first wouldn't come out until a few days. Yahya was the person who came the next day. He took a little over an hour but explained everything and assured me that the problem would be taken care of. now about 3 weeks later, i see no sign of any mice. I am truly thankful and would recommend this company to everyone. I am extremely happy with the quick customer service and the effectiveness of the treatment.

We was hearing some scary noises from attic from last couple nights. Next morning we called Maple Pest Control. Maple Pest Control sent Wasim to investigate some scratching noises in the attic at night. He knew right away what it was and was able to locate and plug the area of entry and set traps and calm my nerves all in less than an hour. Wasim was very professional and gave me full confidence in his ability to take care of the problem quickly. I was happy to do business with him, would do so again and I highly recommend him and Maple Pest Control.

A mice issue at my home last month created quite the stir with one of my daughters locking herself in her room and the other refusing to enter the home. I needed someone to take care of the problem right away. I called this company and was surprised to know that an exterminator would be at my home in a couple of hours. Our nanny stayed at home while I took the kids to see a movie. When I came back the job was done. I have stopped seeing droppings under my sink and not a single sighting of a mouse running around. Happy with the service that was provided and would definitely use pestokill again.
