I appreciate how quickly Vance responded to my phone call. He was at our house the next morning. He was patient and took the time to answer all of my questions. He also pointed out where mice were most likely to hide in my house and added pesticides there. He was very careful to use child resistant containers for the mouse poison and he also positioned them in places where my son couldn't get to them. All in all, I'm happy I called Vance. He did a great job!

I keep my home extremely clean. Yet I still managed to get bed bugsand mice. I called Pestokill since my mother referred them. The person over the phone gave me detailed information as to how I may have gotten bed bugs and mice in my home. He also explained the treatment and sent me directions to prepare my home for the treatment. The exterminator was kind and respectful and gave me tips on how to keep the bed bugs out. I found a dead mouse as i was cleaning behind my oven and didn't think anything of it as it was really tiny and it looked like it was really old. a few weeks later i found what looked like black rice all over my flour. I immediately through the flour out and assumed it was bad and bugs had gotten into it. The following day i almost got a heart attack as my husband was coughing in the middle of the night so i went down stairs to grab him a glass of water and as soon i turned the lights on 2 mice ran from the middle of the kitchen floor where my daughter hand left a few marshmallows to under the refrigerator. The following morning i called Vance at 6:30 am i was surprised he picked up his phone and was at my house at 8 am. he inspected my place showed that the mice had gotten into the insulation behind my oven and right under my dish washer. He treated my house in 45 minutes and i was able to get to work. Vance promised that if they are not gone in 2 weeks he would return and he gave me a 6 months guarantee. To my surprise the mice were gone and no sign of them only 4 days later. I can say that i will be calling Vance from now on...although i pray i never have to get an exterminator at my house ever again.

Last Sunday I woke up with the intention of enjoying my back yard and all the plants i had planted up until that point; but to my dismay i found them covered in earwigs. I called up a few guys and no one was willing to come on Sunday...I called Vance after looking him up on homestars, he said it was difficulty but he'll figure something out. 45 minutes later his son Yahyah was at my door. He is one of the nicest individuals i have met and full of knowledge. He pulled out a spray gun attached to a pipe attached to a machine on the back of his truck and got started. The sheer amount of equipment he had told me these guys are serious about what they do. In half an hour he was done but was nice enough to take an extra 15 minutes and answer further questions. its been 6 days and i have yet to see a single ear wig, in fact i stopped seeing them a few hours after he was gone. Great company that will be servicing my lawn for years to come.

Vance, Thank you soo much for the great professional service you provided. My sister was suppose to be at my house only 3 days after i found ants in my house; i knew she would opt to stay at a hotel if the ant were not gone. Vance came to my house just an hour after i called. He took extra care in making sure the ants would be gone as soon as possible . I was confident the ants would be gone considering the detail he did his work with but for me to not see them as soon as Vance was gone, unbelievable.
