Vance was prompt, in fact he was early. He got rid of the ants and didn't break anything in the process like the other company i had last year. He answers questions without rushing to get the work started and didn't make me feel uncomfortable at any time. These are all qualities that i look for in any contractor. I was trying many different remedies over the years but the bugs just didn't go away and it was time for a professional. I was surprised at how big the hornets nest got without me noticing it. I wanted get it taken care of this weekend as my schedule is very busy but it had grown soo big that i felt it needed immediate attention. I called Pestokill and the young man was at my door within 2 hours. He brought the nest down and used a residual powder so that the hornets never occupy that area again. We had a leak to the right of my bed in the master bed room last year and i never thought that it would lead to an infestation of carpenter ants. I was confident that it was mice due to the scratching noise and the 2 other companies i had called also told me they were mice. Vance was the only person who told me otherwise and he gave me a good reason why. I was hesitant as getting rid of carpenter ants is more expensive than getting rid of mice so i had the other company treat my house for mice but 3 weeks later the noise was not even reduced the company came back 2 times after which time they refused to even pick up the phone. In complete frustration i called Vance he was very assuring and offered to get paid later if i was not satisfied. Vance removed the cable outlet stuck the end of his machine inside the wall and started spraying...5 minutes later ants starting pouring out, at least 2-300 of them. For the first time in a long time i was able to sleep on time that night. For everyone looking for an exterminator get it done correctly the first time, believe me it saves a lot of stress.

My daughter is allergic to wasp stings so i had to take care of the issue asap. I called Vance at 11am on a tuesday and he had someone at my place at 11:45 and the nest was removed and area cleaned by 12:15. That is what i call service. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend Pestokill.

Ants had my wife thinking the house was going to come down. We were hearing sounds in our wall all winter but we saw maybe 1-2 ants every month. As soon as it became hot we saw many more. We called pestokill and Vance arrived on schedule. As soon as he was told we were hearing sounds in the wall he figured it out. He took out part of the baseboard as he didn't want to make a hole in the dry wall as soon as he started with his machine the ants began to pour out and die. He put everything back where it was and the only thing missing from our house now is the ants. I am very pleased, Vance knows what he is doing.

I get wasp nests every summer but i bring them down with my pressure washer before they get too large but this year the wasps made a nest at the peak of the aluminum siding on the third floor. Every time i tried to bring it down i would get stung as it got too big. I found Pestokill on Google and Yahyah was at my house later in the day which was a sunday. He brought the nest down and cleaned the area the best he can which i greatly appreciated. He took extra time in spraying the other areas prone to wasps so that i wouldn't have to see these buggers any more. It felt like bugs were bringing my house down. At first i began to see saw dust and ants coming out of my baseboard, my hust sprayed bug b gone and they were gone for a few days until i started seeing them all over the house. saw dust was also all over the bottom of the deck. I finally decided to call in the professionals. Vance came no more than 3 hours after i called. He explained why the ants had spread all over the house and the cause of the saw dust under my deck, it was carpenter bees, who would have thought. I had vance do the job right away. He took care of all the problems in a little over an hour. This was 3 weeks ago i am writing this review now as i can confirm that both ants and bees are gone. I recommend pestokill as Vance knows what hes doing and wouldn't take a chance with someone else.
