We have used Shawn Janes at Clarified Home Inspections services for the second time. This time it was the pre-purchase Home Inspection of our new residence in Sutton, ON. The first experience at our current residence in Aurora was great, so we didn't hesitate to entrust the inspection of our new house to Clarified again. We were buying a rental house for our son at university and wanted it inspected before we bought. Like the other reviewers, we were impressed by Shawn's professionalism, attention to detail, and the detailed report provided after the inspection. I was also impressed by the way Shawn took us through the house step by step and showed us many potential issues. Shawn found mold in the attic that the seller corrected before we bought. We would have been stuck with this problem otherwise!! If I compare Shawn to the only other inspector I have ever used (when we bought our own house) it was like night and day.
