We spoke to three companies before choosing Kitchen and Bath Guys for our renovation. Vince stood out for his responsiveness and personality. Our first impression proved correct - in fact, the entire team of workers from the designers to the painters were top notch, professional and courteous. It was an extensive project that involved removing a wall, remodelling the kitchen and hallway, resurfacing the whole main floor ceiling and outfitting with potlights, and replacing the main bathroom. It took eight weeks, which is what we were told to expect. We are thrilled with the work done and wouldn't hesitate to hire Kitchen and Bath Guys for our next project.

So .. we started our journey with Vince in December asking for a quote. Working with him at the early stages was crucial. The vision he saw was unbelievable. So we signed up. Our demolition renovation project started January 22nd. What a journey its been. I have never met such an amazing group of workers. Every single person we have met have been above and beyond professional, respectful and continually leaving the site clean and tidy. We basically renovated the entire main floor of our house from subfloor to ceiling. Michelle from Aya Kitchen is amazing as well as her team. Every step of the way Vince was there in person and/or via the phone updating us along the way. Timelines were kept and the budget on point! . I'm honestly saying the guys that were sent our way are the best of the best and on top of that had incredible personalities. The project was completed today (march 1) and we are ecstatic and can't wait to entertain our family and friends. If i can say one more thing from this experience I would say listen to Vince because he knows what he's talking about ... his insight was bang on! Thank you so much for everything! We did a complete bathroom renovation with this company. After two years, we had some trouble with the grout on the floor tiles. We phoned Vince and he sent one of his men to re-do the grout work right away. This company really stands by their work and I would recommend them to anyone wishing to do their bathroom renovations. We had a fantastic experience with Kitchen and Bath Guys. We needed more space in the kitchen which involved removing a load bearing wall and expanding into the dining room. Vince from Kitchen and Bath Guys with Michelle from AYA Kitchen Gallery helped design our dream kitchen. The entire amazing transformation took just under two months! Vince walked us through everything and Adam and Brandon as well as the rest of the team on site were so friendly and knowledgeable about the whole process. The house was always left very clean and safe which was especially important to us as we have young kids. There were a few issues that were uncovered, as there always are, with moulding in the subfloor and a rotten bay window but they were taken care of with no delays! A couple of the guys even came in on a Sunday to make sure nothing would be held up. They were even able to fix our fence that blew down in a wind storm! We had such a great experience and are so excited about our new space!

Our job involved renovations to the downstairs rec room, bathroom and main bath upstairs. From start to finish, we found it very easy to deal with everyone on the team. I appreciated that Vince was honest regarding time lines, and also did everything he could to ensure the bathrooms were done as quickly as possible while not sacrificing the quality of the work. He was quick to respond to any queries, or to advise us of any delay (a rare occurrence). If a problem or issue was discovered during the course of the reno, it was addressed and/or corrected quickly, and without any objection or complaint, until we were completely satisfied. The working area was left clean and tidy every day. We're very pleased with the finished results, and I would certainly hire them again.

When choosing a contractor, its always difficult in deciding who to choose. Then the collywobbles set in; will the contractor turn up, will there be cost over-runs, will they complete on time, will there be attention to detail and now you have put your faith in someone you may not really know at all and then they descend on your home. From day one, Vince and his team arrived at my home at 8:00am every morning (my neighbours commented on that as well), they were polite, courteous and very respectful. Throughout the renovation Vince kept us in the loop on everything that was going to happen and when. As a result of the Kitchen & Bath Guys work schedule we were able to bring in the kitchen cabinets from our maker (AyA Kitchens) three weeks earlier than planned and guess what; Vince took responsibility and contacted my kitchen designer and made this happen for us. My relationship grew throughout the project with Vince and his team, I was now trusting his honesty, integrity and ideas so much so, that I got Vince to remodel our entire stairs from the first floor to the basement. By the end of the project I was delighted to hand over the cheques for a job that was well done, my wife loves the kitchen as we are 'big foodies' and love to cook and entertain our friends. My husband and I live in an older home, with the rec room never being finished or insulated in the 22 years we have lived here. It was time, so we decided to go with Kitchen and Bath Guys because of their high reviews and ratings. Vince, the company owner, provided us with a quote which was very reasonable. He was very professional and went over every detail to make sure all our needs were met. Adam, the Project Manager, and his assistant Brandon, were an absolutel delight to work with. They were very knowledgeable, on time, friendly, cleaning up each day after the work was done. They even loved our coffee! Right from the crews stripping the basement, levelling the floor, doing the electrical, laying the carpet and the beautiful professional paint job at the end, we couldn't be more thrilled. If you want top notch work done, with attention to detail, these are the guys to call. The job came in on budget and in on time. We highly recommend them for any job, and they will do with a smile. Our upstairs bathroom was in need of a complete overhaul. We had contacted Vince to get a quote. Both my wife and I had a good feeling about things from the get go. Adam and Brandon worked on our bathroom and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. Our bathroom looks fantastic. The crew was punctual, efficient and tidy. As with any major home renovation project, we ran into a small problem. It was handled with utmost professionalism and fairness by Vince. We had selected Kitchen and Bath Guys, in part, because of its high rating on Home Stars. The ratings are spot on, as Vince and his crew were a pleasure to deal with and the quality of work was top notch. For any future projects we will be undertaking, Kitchen and Bath Guys will most certainly be at the top of our list of potential contractors.
