Right from the get go, Vince was customer focussed. Before we even started the project, Vince wanted to know budget, timelines and overall vision of what we wanted for our bathroom. He then lent his expertise to help us understand how we could make our vision a reality. It started with drawings, pictures from magazines and a reconfiguration of the entire bathroom. It is also important to note that Vince made sure we understood the payment options and schedule as sometimes this could be overlooked or not emphasized by some contractors. In the end, this is one of the most important aspects of a reno project. Vince's team was professional, curtious, clean and had a keen sense of what we wanted. Their attention to details was perfect. They finished the job on time and on budget to our complete satisfaction. In fact, and on a seperate note, we used Vince's services on a major backyard renovation which speaks to Vince's versitility as a contractor.
