I ordered all new windows/doors for my home JUNE 12/17 and as of today, DEC 12/17 the job is not completed, that is 6 months. The lack of pride in workmanship, the lack of communication and the lack of follow up is unacceptable. Only twice has this company taken the initiative to contact me directly; 1) to change my first installation date which was already beyond the anticipated install date and 2) to collect the balance owing even thought the job was not complete. I have had to arrange for their service department to come out to fix the lock on the door and reorder new glass due to manufacturing defect. I have had several representatives come from Northern Comfort to repair work that was done by the previous crew and they too could not believe the poor workmanship done. Last Wednesday I emailed the GM, Sales Manage and my sales rep and I still to date have had no response.

Just had 2patio doors installed. Larry &ashamed were great. They explained everything they were doing and also made some excellent suggestions on a couple of things to change. They were very professional and very carrying in the way they did there jobs. They cleaned up everything--you would never have known that they were there. I would highly recommend them and are planning to have windows replaced in the spring. Dave T

Worst company I have ever dealt with. The sales guy who came to our house will say anything for a sale. He assured us back in Aug that our garage door would be installed by mid Oct the latest. As I felt the time frame was too long and would never have chosen this company. Needless to say mid oct rolls around and no one has called us. Reached out to the company multiply times was given three different dates as to when the garage door would be in and told someone would call me. This never happened I had to continue to contact them and I was given excuse after excuse as they would tell me this was not their fault, this happens all the time. I finally get a date and time confirmed received a call the morning of to advise me that the bottom portion of my garage door was not weather striped. Spoke to the manager who was a joke he did nothing and again made excuses as to why it was not their fault. Finally had the garage door installed well after the 8 weeks promised on my contract. The door was installed with the incorrect window. Had to call and follow up again problem fixed? This company never took ownership for any of their errors or time delays. The only good thing I can say is the person who came to install the garage door was very nice and seemed to know what he was doing. Other then that I would never recommend this company and for the price I paid I expected better customer service.

Andrew and Dale are 2 of the most hard working people we had. They had an amazing eye for details, and their great attitude was a pleasure to be had. We are 100% satisfied with our purchase and the work that was done!

We are extremely pleased with our new windows,from our salesman Justin( who was very knowledgeable and accommodating) to our installers Larry and Shane.They were so clean you wouldn't know that they were even there. The installation job both inside and out is beautiful. I was a little worried because it being an older home . Definitely will not hesifate using them again.Also the ladies on the phone for costumer service were great all around a good experience. Thanks Northern Comfort!!!!. Laura and Paul Gordon Barrie.

Andrew and Dale were informative, professional and we're completely focused on their work. At the no time was there any indication that they didn't know what they were doing, they also took the time and care to be sure that no damage would occur to the property and they thoroughly cleaned up after themselves after they were done.

The workmanship was great Only one problem The door opens from the wrong side With the old door being damaged on removal I had no choice but to take the door that came in

We ordered a new front door installation in August and it was finally installed on Monday, November 6, 2017. Andrew and Dale were very efficient and customer friendly in their handling of our project.

Scott and Darcy did an amazing job with the installation of our windows and back patio door. They were very professional and they went the extra mile to clean up inside the house and outside in our front and back yards. They worked well together and seemed to have a very efficient system in place because they got the work done in great time. The windows look amazing! I would highly recommend Northern Comfort Windows & Doors to my friends.
