Northern came and replaced all windows and doors. I have worked in construction all my life and I have never seen such excellent workmanship as well as a very quick and clean installation. These installers were beyond excellent. Thanks for taking such good care of us. Steve M

Great service from start to finish. Good workmanship, polite all done in one day and cleaned up after work was done. Quick quote for new windows 2022.

I had install two patio doors at Barrie Ontario back 05 29 2015 after few years the glass fog up contact them 0ct 2019 and February 2020 they respond because the COVID 19 lockdown where unable to reply two month later they Order the Parts waiting to arrive Just a delay I find out the company sold,

BUYER BEWARE... This is probably the worst company I have ever dealt with. I had a horrific experience. The measurements were wrong which left me with a plastic window for weeks. Wrong measurements were taken multiple times. One window had to be measured 3 times because they sent the wrong size. They left a mess on my floors and debris all over the place. Management was horrific to deal with. They promised to make up for it with a discount and then when I called about the discount they threatened collections on me if I didn’t pay the full amount. Please keep in mind I never held back payment or refused to pay. This is after they had promised to compensate for all the errors and taking longer than a year to complete the project. None of the staff took any ownership. They made promises just to keep me from calling and then claimed they never agreed to any discounts. It’s taken me a year to finally write a review because I was mentally and emotionally exhausted after dealing with this company. I’m disgusted at they way they do business. I could go on and on, however this is a summary of what happened. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

Never deal with Northern Comfort Windows & Doors in Barrie. Their service level sucks beyond words can explain. After spending almost $10k in windows and a new front door which has a scratch on the bottom and still to this date waiting for them to repair since August 2019 and being promised time after time someone would call me back and they never do and getting a little frustrated with them after being told today that the paint will be dropped off and I as the homeowner would have to paint it myself made my blood boil and they tell me I am rude?? Of course I raised my voice after they said to wait another two days from someone in service would call me back, 5 months waiting and they have a 24 hour policy to put a claim through for damages, I have yet to find that on my invoice where it states that. All they took was my money and ran, and the sales rep earned his commission which him too did not help me what so ever, just brushed it off. This was the first and last time I use them and I will never refer them to anyone. Stay AWAY.

Northern Comfort installed 18 windows in my house last year. Recently I noticed problem with two windows. I called the company and made a service appointment. A specialist name Daniel arrived to my house on time.He was polite, pleasant, professional. He fixed a problem of windows in no time, no mess, before he left he asked if all the other windows had any issues. I told him two windows were intermittently hard to open, he made some adjustments to fix the problem.

Ordered windows from a salesperson that had limited knowledge of the product. They could not meet the sound rating that I was looking for and contract was cancelled. After numerous attempts, and promises from managers that left the business since, there has been no resolution, no refund of a deposit of over $2k. They have done no work in my home, they have no contract, and they sent my "outstanding balance" to a collection company for windows that were made in error.

Northern Comfort replaced every window in our house including patio doors and the front door; couldn’t be more pleased. Barry was an amazing sales rep and was always there for us if we had any questions or concerns, he always gave us the information we needed. Our dog Katie loved him and she’s not like that with most people. I would absolutely recommend them.
