A bit of a long wait between putting my deposit down & actual installation (10 weeks or so), but once the install was scheduled it was fast, and the install quality was great. Andrew & Scott were quick but thorough. The doors look great and we've had no issues at all.

Terrible service. I was told the door would be 4-6 weeks. I was also told that the 10 weeks on the contract is just in case. it never happens. Now it could be more then 10 weeks. Should've went with the more expensive company. Any contractor I talked to said that is way too long even for a door. And it was a door from there showroom painted red. It wasn't custom just a plain door. I will gladly pay more money in the future then to deal with Northern Comfort

professional, speedy, exact, tutorial after installation was very helpful and the guys were A+++. the guys that installed our doors are an asset to the company in a big way.

I just installed 39 windows. Andrew and his team did a wonderful job for installation. They framed the window perfectly, sealed all the gaps between window frame and wall studs. The product is fabulous. The installers are incredible, very polite and clean up after! I am very happy with the company. Delivery of the product took much more time than it shoul have but that was a salesman problem- the only negative in the experience!

The gentleman was awesome.was was great but.could not finish the job because of wrong pieces of glass. Hope for them to get the peice soon.love my windows

Part 1 Had several replacement windows and door installed and happy enough with them to order a patio door Peter the salesman was very helpful with the windows and selection of the front door insert and colour. 10 stars Installers very good.. fast and tidy. 10 stars Service dept. gave us a maybe sometime in the next couple of weeks had to get Peter to call and get a firm date for install. One window missing in action from first order thought I might have had some response from them... not a word... Hope it shows up when patio door comes. 8 stars Part 2 when job is completed

We went into showroom. Well laid out. Salesman clearly explained the various choices for windows, door, garage doors. We had an in home appointment, followed by a measurements appointment. The garage doors were installed first, and the windows, sliding doors and front door followed. The installers worked long hours, efficiently, to ensure everything was installed correctly and professionally. They laid protection down and cleaned up as they went along. The salesman was Justin and the main installers were Tyler, Mike and Doug. I forget the garage door installer's name but both he and the trim-installer were great as well. The entire process was lengthy, but all my openings were made to measure. It was the start of peak installation season, and I understand there was a fire at the manufacturing plant. My first visit to Northern Comfort was April 28. My in-home meeting was May 5. Measurements were taken May 24. The installation was complete on August 31. My only fault with the process is that the long timeframe wasn't clearly explained to me, and I could have planned my personal time better.
