Great service. No issues. Pleasant and competent. Cleaned the window before leaving. Explained all of the features very well. Did not waste any time installing. Kept their appointment time. Office staff, Rick, very helpful.

The service I received from the two men,Andrew and Mitch was more then I could ask. They cleaned the glass and vacuumed the carpet and left the house clean. They did the job without any fuss.I will recommend them to my friends .

Great window, door, installation and Customer Service. Installers kept us informed of the whole installation process as they were performing it and kept the worksites clean. Just requested quote for more windows to be replaced

Replaced 14 windows. Chose NC because of the great reviews on Homestars. The experience was just as excellent as described by the many reviewers. From sales to installation, the NC team outperformed. Kudos to Mark and team.

The windows and patio door in our house were the originals (20 years old), patio door was freezing shut and we were losing heat. At the time we only wanted to replace patio door, however, the pricing of all windows and doors was fantastic so we went ahead and replaced them all. We are very happy with the process from start to finish. Sales and Install was extremely professional and will recommend to friends and neighbours

Replacement of 3 windows. Have purchased North Stars windows as replacement before and am very happy with the quality. We did have issues with our Patio door but North Star was quick and solution was very satisfactory.

Northern Comfort Windows & Doors went above, and beyond my expectations. The installers were very personable, and professional. They even brought me coffee. That was a bonus!!! The installers worked incredibly hard, and did not stop until the job was done. My new door, and siding looks gorgeous!! I recommend this company to anyone!!!

my install was done by " Rod and Jesse "who were excellent in customer service, polite and friendly and worked real fast, I was surprised! how quickly they got 3 upper windows and a patio door installed, so clean and quick. Nice job.
