We had all windows and doors replaced in our 19-year old home and we are very happy with Northern Comfort Windows & Doors! From the sales rep, Barry Bingsley, the office receptionist, the woman who looks after payment, and the installers Kelly and his co-worker (sorry but can't remember his name)...top notch, customer satisfaction focussed, patient, informative, friendly and masters at their job! Thank you to a great team! We would highly recommend Northern Comfort Windows & Doors to anyone!

We had excellent service, from the sales representative...through to the installers. All were very professional; came when they said they would; completed all installations in two days (did not even stop for lunch!). They took the time with us to explain how the windows/doors locked and unlocked. Also they left all areas in and outside our home, spotless. We highly recommend them and will use them again if we need such services. Thanks for everything!

Purchased Front Door. very happy with the door, very happy with the service and installation. The installers were very professional and clean. The only thing we would recommend is that they should provide material samples of all their products so that there are no misunderstandings.

We had new basement slider windows and a 2nd storey hall window installed. Throughout the process, all the staff were friendly and efficient; and we are happy with the work. Also, when we received the original estimate, the sales staff encouraged us to purchase a less expensive window to meet our needs (usually you are being encouraged to purchase something more expensive!)

This is the fourth time we have used Northern Comfort for their services. They have completed 90% of the windows in our home, an exterior door, a screen door as well as shutters. Any problems I have had have been actioned quickly and professionally. Workmanship is excellent. We will be using Northern to complete the remaining windows eventually and potentially for front entry doors and garage doors. 109358

I had 2 different install dates for my windows and garage door. Very professional installers. Very clean and tidy. Needed some follow up service, very well taken care of. Would recommend them to friends and family.

I met Rick at the Newmarket Home Show we booked an appointment. Booking through the Home Show earned me a discount which was very nice. He was very professional, I booked the job, the window was put in at the end of July. I noticed a small defect in the window which was at eye level, I called about it and they were happy to replace it. They want their customers to be happy, this made me happy. Unfortunately, some miss communication happened with respect to the replacement and it was not done in a timely fashion. When something like this happens it is best to call weekly to make sure that things are happening as expected. Other than that small problem the service and workmen were wonderful. I would recommend them.

We absolutely love our door! It looks even better than we expected. Our salesman Sean was super friendly, not pushy and actually took the time to listen to what we wanted and also kept in mind we had a budget. Our installers Dave and Fred were amazing!!! They did a pristine job with the installation. They were detail oriented and made sure they left everything clean before they left. I highly recommend Northern Comfort! Thank You!!

After just one year of moving into our home we noticed that our window's needed replacing. I had seen Northern Comfort replacing windows in my neighbourhood so I thought I would give them a call for an estimate. Rick from Northern Comfort came to our home and provided us with detailed information on the different types of windows and what would suit our needs best. After receiving 2 other quotes we decided to go with Northern Comfort since their product and all around service was amazing and we couldn't be happier.
