Had Barry come by for a quote. When he was finished I was pleasantly surprised with the total cost. Seemed reasonable! Shortly after, I stopped in the shop and placed my order. Once the windows arrived, we worked out an install date, and eventually the boys showed up and did an incredible job! John and Borin were absolutely great to work with at the house and they did a spectacular job! I would highly recommend Northern Comfort to do work at anyone's home! Clean, professional, and a great product!

I read reviews before choosing Northern Comfort and I wasn't disappointed. Everyone we dealt with was pleasant and professional and we love the end result. Probably not the cheapest option, but at some point it's just worth it to have a job done right with no hassle.

Thanks to all at Northern Comfort. The sales people and the installers were informative and helpful. I like my new windows at the front of my house. Very air tight and block the noise from the street. They look very impressive. I also like the way they close with the folding crank and easy lock.

We replaced our French doors with a 10 foot sliding glass door/window combination. The result was better then we had imagined. The workers were courteous, professional and committed to making it a show piece, which they did. And the price was excellent.

Mark L worked with us over 2 years as we re-did our entire house. Josh was a regular installer who did the majority of our installs. Prices are competitive. After service is also excellent with no questions asked, they come and fix it.

We were very pleased by the salesman named Marc L. at Northern Comfort Windows and Doors in Newmarket, and the three-man installation team led by Dan out of Barrie. Marc gave us all the time we needed and was good at educating us about windows and doors along the way. Dan and his crew were able to get the big job done of installing 11 windows, a new windowsill (involving masonry), and some vinyl siding, and making sure that the work site was nice and clean before they left. We are very pleased about the whole process. The whole job was done well within the time frame originally suggested.

I bought a front door from Northern Comfort. They quoted 10-12 weeks. It was done in 10 and installed in 11. The door itself is fantastic, we love it! The installation team was quick, good and knowledgeable. I am very happy with the results. Also when we were looking for a new door we didn't really know anything about the options or what can be done. NC was one of 3 we shortlisted based on reviews on Homestars. The salesperson, Mark L, was very good and patient with us as we picked exactly what we wanted and helped us in our choices. This was not the case with the other 2 companies. Would absolutely do business again.
