We were impressed with the sales representative to start with. He answered all our questions and made sure we ordered the products we wanted to start with. The installation team arrived on time and quickly replaced our window and front door even thought it was one of the colder days in February this year. the work areas were cleaned, and all garbage was hauled away. The finishing on the interior as well as the exterior was professionally done. Great job!

We were thrilled to welcome the "A team" back -- Darryl and Greg -- to install our garage side door and front door. Wow! Greg went right to work on the side door while Darryl replaced our front door. We couldn't have been happier with the quality of the work, their level of professionalism and knowledge and their cheerful care to detail on the cleanup! Great job and wonderful products for fully window replacements in upstairs of our home; from the estimate to the scheduling and actual installation, the team at Northern Comfort were exceptionally professional and responsive. They were careful in our home, laying protective covers down and cleaning all debris, inside and out, from the replacement.
