Some months ago we dropped into the Newmarket sales office to check out front entrance doors after seeing a neighbour with very attractive door. This was followed up by a visit by Rick Styka, sales consultant. Very knowledgeable and appropriate so we order the door of our dreams so to speak. The door was installed today by Rod & Keelyn. Great customer attitude, meticulous installation, totally professional and attention to detail. All in all, a totally excellent experience dealing with Northern Comfort Windows & Doors

It was a pleasure doing business with Northern Comfort.....from the sales man Peter, who was very helpful and pointed out why certain windows were better for the house and how they should open....to be being very knowledgable to following up afterwards. The installers were great ....very friendly and efficient workers who did a great job and left everything as they found it when they were finished. I would recommend this company to anyone. I am very pleased with the work and quality .I have had all the windows and doors replaced here and love them. They were always here on time and did a great job. Carolyn

I purchased a new front door from Northern Comfort and it's beautiful. The installers were so friendly and professional. After the work was completed they cleaned up everything and all garbage was taken away. I would highly recommend this company. My installers were Darryl and Jay and they were great.

The service is wonderful, the installation went with out a hitch, and clean up after was great. This is the second time we have had windows installed by Northern Comfort and both times we have been very satisfied with the quality of the product and the quality of the work.

Last year, we had Northern Comfort install two non-standard bay windows with angelstone sills. They did a very nice job. Before we had the rest of the windows in the whole house done, front and back, we researched two other companies. Northern Comfort's quote, service and quality won. They went above and beyond to do everything we wanted from Rick, the salesperson, to Crew Leader Jason Depont and Installer Al Reid. At the end of every day, you could hardly tell they had been there, they kept everything so neat and removed all old windows and scrap every night. All our neighbours are commenting on how nice our new windows look. We would highly recommend Northern Comfort.

My first experience with this company proved to be most efficient,easy and a pleasant surprise. They were professional from start to finish the salesman knew his product and was helpful with suggestions, and the installers for both orders were efficient tidy and not at all disruptive. I would very highly recommend this company and its people to anyone.

Done, when you say it is going to be done. In this case, Monday, September 8th. Installers (Lou & Graham) very friendly, helpful. Actually seem to enjoy the work. Installation area was left in a very clean, tidy, manner. Just a great experience. The world would be a better place if all companies operated in this way. We thank you.

Barry was very knowledgeable in assisting us to purchase a high quality door with 2 side lights. We appreciated also that the installers, Rod and Keelyn, were very professional and when they left there was no mess whatsoever. Great job!
